Class with Tracey is always fun and engaging! She varies the class content to keep it fresh and incorporates strength, cardio and balance. She adjusts different exercises as needed for your personal ability and places emphasis on form to avoid injury. She is encouraging which instills self confidence to push yourself. I have never been able to stick with an exercise regimen until Tracey! That is truly a testament to how good she is!

Tracey is an amazing instructor who is especially well trained in educating you about the alignment of your spine (posture) in a step by step core exercise program. You WILL be stronger and will stand taller after taking her classes!

You never know what to expect in Tracey’s classes, which makes them so much fun. Each workout is unique, challenging, and restorative. She really cares about fitness and doing what is best for each person’s fitness level. Tracey has great energy. Can’t recommend her enough.
