Tricking
Acrobatic fun including aspects of gymnastics, martial arts, parkour, and dance. Our goal, (aside from providing an amazing atmosphere to learn awesome tricks), is to help people develop and build confidence through conquering fear.
Overcoming fear is a huge component of life, and doing flips and funky tricks can absolutely be scary. Luckily we have a trained staff, and loads of equipment that ensures safety while learning, so that you can build your confidence to conquer fears in your everyday life.
We are now holding in person group classes for both kids and adults at our new location in Manchester CT!

This place has changed my daughter’s life. She used to just watch TV and that’s all she did but then we found this place and she is so much more active. She can run 2x faster than she used to. There also used to be this really big steep hill that she wasn’t able to bike up but now after about two months going there, she was able to Bock up that hill like it was nothing. My son loves it as well. We live 40 mins away from this place but it’s so awesome that it’s worth the drive every week. This place is amazing!

My son has been going here for more than 3 years now. The kind of progress I have seen in his tricking capabilities is tremendous. All the coaches especially coach Justin is simply awesome with kids. The kind of encouragement all the coaches give for the tiniest of the achievement of kids is hugely positive and that according to me helps kids to push themselves further! The positive reinforcement is a better dopamine than what you get while watching dumb social media!!

Absolutely amazing experience! My kids have played a lot of sports. We came to Trick Dynamix when we needed a change. The coaches are incredible. Very positive, focused, and encouraging. My daughter really loves tricking and has learned a lot. Going on second year here and she is doing more classes in second year because she can’t get enough! I feel all coaches have a lot of passion for tricking and patience with the kids! Especially recommend for kids who have a lot of energy. Tricking is a great way to exercise and Trick Dynamix has the most supportive and fun environment that I have experienced! Also had a birthday party there and all the friends gave positive feedback! Highly recommend for birthdays as well.
