My son has been attending classes at USA Trampoline for several months now. What impresses me every time I'm in the building is how much kindness, respect and professionalism the coaches show the kids. It's really quite impressive and for a mother, very reassuring. My son has made big strides in his skills because of the encouragement he receives at every class he takes. The Coaches at USA Trampoline & Tumbling Academy are the best! I joined the school in my early 30s, and the coaches have worked with me diligently to expand on old skills and work towards new ones. Everyone here is so welcoming and encouraging, it is so nice to have the camaraderie and support of fellow adults and trampolinists of all ages when trying new skills. Really love it here. My 7 year old daughter looks forward to going and it is great exercise. The facility is nice and clean and very well organized. My daughter has gotten so much stronger in the last 6 months and more flexible. Great foundation for all sports. Love the flexibility of the classes and ability to choose which days of the week work depending on your own schedule.

Absolutely amazing gymnastics and trampoline training facility for adults! Coaches, Don and Penelope are extremely knowledgeable and skilled, and can teach anyone tumbling, trampoline and other gymnastics skills. They also have great communication skills and always make you feel comfortable. It is a very friendly and nice atmosphere. I really enjoy being there, and learning skills even at a mature adult age! My daughters love gymnastics and love trampolines - this was not anything I had ever heard of but by happy accident we found USA Trampoline Academy which marries both activities! There is something for everyone here, even ballroom dancing and adult trampoline classes (which my husband and I enjoy immensely when we have time to go!). More than just the activities are the quality instruction and kind community. Coach Don and Coach Penelope work with all abilities almost seamlessly! I’ve been amazed at how they’ve brought along my daughter who has anxiety and ADHD, other kids with both mild and more complex disabilities, and create a multi-level environment focused on helping each other grow. Both my girls have grown in confidence, ability, healthy habits, and development of a growth mindset while having fun! Highly recommend!

I joined the adult classes a few months ago and I have had such an incredible experience. Coaches Don & Penelope are so welcoming. They break down everything to its simplest form, then piece it all together to ensure you’ve learned things correctly and safely. Although it’s a group class, they tailor everything to your skill level. Our daughter absolutely loves going here! First activity she doesn't grumble about going to even at 8:15 am on a Saturday morning! Their prices are reasonable for what you get, which is fun, great instruction, and discipline. They have many classes depending on what you are looking for, even adult class which I did for the first time and loved it! This school is the real deal!! I recommend it to anyone at any age who wants a lil injection of fun. As an adult who started literally knowing nothing about gymnastics, it has been a BLAST. Coach P. and Coach Don are the BEST and maintain the highest degree of professionalism (I can attest as a former coach myself). Most importantly, they know how to make it FUN - for anyone from any walk of life. I will admit that before starting I was slightly skeptical about the vibe of gymnastics just because growing up I thought it was a girls' sport - WRONG! Highly recommended for everyone, especially athletes of other disciplines looking to level up their sport or anyone involved in board sports - trampoline/tumbling will probably become the next standard of cross training (like yoga did for everything). Bouncing literally balances qi... Bottom line: well worth the $, don't sleep on the academy!!!!!

USA Trampoline is - no joke - my oasis. I take the “Adult Gymnastics” class three days a week, and it is genuinely what gets me through the week. I don’t know of any other facilities in the area that: 1. Offer a class like this; and, 2. Could even begin to compete with Coaches Penelope and Don.

The two of them make everything so fun, they are beyond patient, and what I like is that they take the time to teach you how to do everything right. We learn by a stepped process instead of just throwing moves, so the progress I make, is the progress I maintain. The atmosphere they create is also unparalleled, we are all genuine friends that want to see each other succeed in class.

I would give Penelope and Don 100 stars if I could! If you made it this far, you are obviously thinking about joining, and to that I say you MUST check them out! Hope to see you in class.

Signing up for USA Trampoline was the best thing I did for my free time while in Connecticut. If I wasn't leaving the state for work I would still be at class every single Monday and Friday. The Coaches Don and Penelope are some of the most welcoming, kind and talented people I've had the pleasure of meeting in quite some time. They have managed to lead the way on creating an incredibly open and supportive environment for athletes of all ages, background and abilities. I have truly never been a part of a group with so many members, where every single person was so wholesome and invested in each other's successes. Every new achievement you work to pass is met with applause and enthusiasm from people that are all genuinely excited about your improvement. There isn't a better place for you or your child to learn perseverance, how to overcome your fears, teamwork, athleticism and of course gymnastics. This place is great for adults trying to have fun with a group of other adults! Penelope and Don are great coaches who teach you from the basics so that everyone can build up higher skills with better body awareness! We have only been attending for the several months, but in that time my 14 year old son has learned a great deal about his new found love of trampoline gymnastics. They offer tumbling classes, trampoline classes and clinics, and ballroom dancing for all ages. And suprisingly my son loves it all, and looks forward to attending multiple times a week. My daughter had a background in gymnastics and decided to switch to competitive trampoline. She has been so happy with her decision, and always looks forward to practice. The coaches (Penelope and Don) have been fantastic. Not only do they have the background and knowledge to teach the skills, but they are really good people and treat the students very well.
