Vital Strength and Performance was exactly what I needed after hitting a 6 month plateau. As a full time working mom of two kids in multiple sports, finding time for myself to train was really hard. Now, I attend two Small Group Training sessions and Metaburn class each week, and couldn't be happier with the results so far. In seven weeks, I've lost seven pounds, relieved my back pain (that I had for over 2 years), feel stronger and challenged, been sticking to my meal plans, and completing my workouts regularly. Vital Strength and Performance has been an excellent experience so far. I love the MetaBurn class with coach Abby, and the Small Group Class with Connor and Brandon, they are the best coaches, very professional, welcoming, and consistently helpful. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there is a wide variety available for all types of workouts. I’ve been training at Vital Strength and Fitness for about two months now, and it’s been a great experience. The coaches really pay attention to how you’re moving and make sure you’re doing things right, which I really appreciate. The workouts are tough but doable, and I’ve already noticed myself getting stronger. Connor and Abby are great at pushing you forward as you advance throughout your training. The requirement to schedule a time for each session is a game changer for accountability. It's been the perfect way to stay committed to my fitness goals.
The equipment at the gym is top-notch and versatile, which really allows for a wide variety of workouts. But what truly sets this place apart is the coaching.
Abbey is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She's always circulating the floor, ensuring everyone's form is spot on and answering any questions. It's clear that she genuinely cares about each person's progress.
I've also had the pleasure of working with Connor, who has been fantastic, especially when it comes to adjusting techniques for us "older gals." His approach to making modifications that suit our aging bodies has been so appreciated.
I feel like I'm not just getting a workout, but also learning how to stay strong and healthy for the long term.

My daughter gave me a two month personal training gift for my birthday so I have no choice in attending twice a week for training with Conner, Amy and Brett. After 5 sessions, now I can’t wait for my next session! I was fortunate to be gifted a free month to try out Vital Strength and Performance and I am loving it! I would say I’m moderately experienced with strength training, but having someone right there during the small group training sessions is invaluable. It allows for instant feedback and tweaks on form. For someone like me - it holds me accountable. It forces me to pick up a heavier weight or not to skip reps. It’s more motivating than working out alone. (Not to mention a squat rack is always available not like some other places!) The great thing too is it’s customized to you - whether you’re brand new to strength training, somewhat experienced, or even an athlete with specific training goals - Conor and the team will design a program for you.

I cannot say enough positive things about Vital. Prior to joining the gym I had a fairly chronic knee injury and was super inconsistent with my fitness. I’ve tried a lot of gyms and nothing felt quite right. Vital is a game changer! Connor and Brett are so knowledgeable, motivating and kind. They meet you where you’re at but challenge you to do more than you thought you could. Please take advantage of all the resources including nutrition and physical therapy support as it’s outstanding too! My knee has never felt better, my mobility is progressing and the strength is crazy. I can carry a week’s worth of groceries in one go with no problem and I’ve got flights of stairs too. Parking is great, the location is amazing and is right down the street from so many grocery stores so you can do all your errands (if you don’t workout too early). The clients are super nice too! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best Training facility around! Connor is awesome and is great at customizing your workouts so you are meeting your fitness and health goals. He always provides feedback to help correct your form and ensure you get the most out of your workouts. In addition to the training, he also takes time to send out weekly emails that are filled with excellent nutrition tips, grocery lists, and recipes. Until this past year, my workouts consisted of running and barre classes. When I started training with Connor, I had just recovered from a back injury and was told I would never be able to run again. Vital Fitness is an phenomenal gym. The programs are individualized and modified as you move along in your training. Connor is a great instructor and will step right in to show you how to perform a particular exercise correctly to insure you are working the right muscles and more importantly avoiding injury. I started training with Connor three years ago coming off of shoulder surgery and have been able to rebuild my strength and improve my fitness all around. Connor was able to cater workouts for me to prevent further injuring myself and make my shoulder stronger than before. Training here has made sticking to my goals extremely doable, especially since going to college and being able to train remotely with programs and feedback.
