I have been enjoying the benefits of the W. Rhythm Fitness program with Wanessa for over 7 years. At every class there is something new and I appreciate how Wanessa is always learning more about the mind/body connection she promotes. I was away for a month and when I returned I felt stronger - literally within a week. The studio is warm and inviting and the energy is amazing!

Pilates sessions with Wanessa are terrific. She is very knowledgeable and able to assess the needs and capabilities of her clients. Each session is comprised of a balanced variety of exercises that address different aspects of physical conditioning. I particularly like that Wanessa challenges me to venture beyond what I think I can do and encourages me to work toward new goals. At the end of the sessions I feel rejuvenated.

Wanessa Anderson is the best personal trainer that I have ever had. It is clear from the way she trains that she is exceptionally knowledgeable about what she teaches. She communicates that knowledge in such a way that I am learning as I am exercising. She takes training very seriously and is very focused, unlike some personal trainers who seem bored or talk the entire time. She is warm, engaging and makes the training fun. I was a little nervous to get started with Wanessa because I was feeling a little slow moving and a great need to be kind to myself. In just a few weeks I feel such a difference! The gentle, slow movements of the workouts are exactly what I've needed. I feel myself growing stronger. My body just savors the pilates machines and the way that Wanessa eases me further into the stretches feels great. I find that after my 30 minute workout my body craves a nice brisk walk. I'm so grateful for this experience!

Every week I spend 1 hour with Wanessa and Leave feeling relieved and almost as if my body is smiling. The active breathing and stretching helps my body and mind unwind and all with Wanessa’s kind and gentle guidance. It’s totally worth it and your body will thank you for creating the space and prioritizing your wellness. These sessions are great especially if you spend your weeks on zoom calls. This gives your body a time to uncurl and expand. I highly recommend Wanessa’s instruction, guidance and care. The studio is also great and a calming space to unwind.

Wanessa is an all-around fitness cheerleader! She offers a variety of classes and keeps them all fun - never boring! Her classes are challenging but not overwhelmingly difficult. Taking classes at W. Rhythm has changed my life. I was new to Kent and Wanessa's studio is full of warm, welcoming and fun women of all ages. I love the sense of camaraderie and community. My over 50 body has grown stronger, more fit and toned and is just as good or better than it was at 25 thanks to Wanessa's challenging workouts! The classes are never boring and anyone at any level can join in. Wanessa is sure to make recommendations for modifications and to instruct you the proper way to do exercises so you won't injure yourself. I love going to class!

This is a fantastic addition to fitness in Kent. Great workouts in a pleasant modern studio, great music, encouraging and nurturing instruction, deliciously sore muscles after (on their way to strength and tone)!
