Had the pleasure to train with Wingard Fitness as a virtual client, and participated in the "21 Day Shred Challenge." Working with Jaleel has been great, and the work outs are no joke! He is extremely on top of everything. Even being a virtual client, he made it a point to check in constantly to see how the program was working for me individually. The app Jaleel uses to facilitate the daily workouts is efficient, and is easy to follow. Step by step instructions on how and when to complete which exercises within each circuit. The only effort needed is the effort put forth to get through the work outs! I would highly recommend Wingard Fitness to any one looking to better themselves, or start their fitness journey. I look forward to continue training with Jaleel!

I had the pleasure to work with Jaleel and he brings results, his 6 weeks program is amazing and he motivate you in every workout and pushes you to keep getting better. I can't recommend him enough. if you wanna put on muscles or lose weight or whatever he is your guy.

Coming to this place I was just expecting just a work out, but it was a lot more. I gain a lot of confidence as well knowledge about my body and I’ve seen nothing but progress in these last few weeks. Honestly, one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever had.

Jaleel is such a great trainer he pushes you hard but is concerned with safety and tailors each workout to your needs/abilities. He motivates you to push through the entire workout. He challenges you to push past self imposed limits. It was great working with him. His gym is clean,private and inviting. Great for beginners or skilled athletes looking to excel!!!!!

Working with Jay in the last mont has been a blessing. I’m very please with my progress I already lost 8 pounds and I sure jay will help to attain my goal. He is very motivated and understanding. Working with Jaleel has been so rewarding. I am a dancer trying to build upper body strength and he has been amazing about making an effort to learn more about the life of a dancer so he can better help me with my goals. Coming into Wingard Fitness as a virtual client. I had a very unhealthy mindset. I was so set on virtual training not working for me. I was one of those people who hated exercising and eating healthy. I would go on a diet and fitness plan for weight loss and my weight loss and body goals, and stop the healthy behavior once I reached my goals. I never made my health a priority. Beginning my journey with Wingard Fitness was the best decision and investment I made. My trainer Jaleel, has transformed my attitude toward exercising and eating healthy to a positive one. Jaleel is very understanding and patient. He educates you about the exercises and workouts. He helps you identify your strengths and weakness and finds ways to improve on those areas. Mentally I would tell myself that I couldn’t do certain exercises and stay within my comfort. Now, I am open to trying different exercises and healthier food options outside my comfort zone while being confident. Today, I see and feel the positive transformation Wingard Fitness has made mentally and physically.
