I have been working out at MELT for over 100 days now. I can honestly say that its the best workout facility I have every trained at. The vibe is just different from other gyms. The trainers, staff and owner all GET IT! They keep you motivated, want your feedback, keep the workouts exciting and are just fun to work with. I highly recommend MELT.

I fell in love with Melt because the short, intense workouts leave me feeling challenged and strong afterwards. Form is always number one priority of the workout. The trainers are amazing. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. They will help modify any exercise to meet your ability. They focus on form so you don’t get injured.
The MELT theory takes the stress out of working out. Tell you what to do, how to do it, how long to do it and watch to make sure you are doing it right. A great place for any age and fitness ability

There’s a saying in MELT before you even open the door and it says ‘ You just did the hard part! We’ll take it from here!’. It’s so true! Stepping into a gym is not easy and so intimidating. But, I’ve been going to MELT since October 2017 and I absolutely love the variety and the intensity of the workouts. And it’s only 30 minutes of your time! If you’re new to working out or even if you’re not, all the workouts are explained and shown. They are there to help and guide. Everyone is friendly and approachable. They will do just about everything to help you succeed except do the workout for you! Give it a try!

What an amazing experience I had at melt! I had a membership when I was living in Manchester, but I moved to the other side of the state. However, being there for many months seriously set me in a new mindset of health and life. I believe I will be healthier for the rest of my life thanks to what I learned at melt! If you have the $ and live in Hartford county, this program is SO worth the investment. The classes are quick and fun, and the workouts are not even half of what you will take away from it

I decided to try M.E.L.T. with a groupon and recommendation from a friend. I was a bit scared of "bootcamp", but after the 1st week I signed up for a year! The workouts are tough for 30 minutes, and the results are amazing. I have never felt stronger or had as much energy. The schedule of classes is very accommodating, there are times for everyone. The trainers are so supportive, knowledgeable, and know when to give you that little push. I can't say enough about my classmates either. They are the best people who want you to succeed!

If you are looking for an all around, great, full body workout in 30 minutes with support and friendly people, M.E.L.T. fitness is the place to go!
