WW101 Fitness Studio is a wellness-driven space inside Block 134 in Putnam, CT. We offer Barre & Yoga classes, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Group Fitness—available in-studio and online to support every lifestyle. Led by Michelle Paton, WNBF pro bodybuilder, yoga and barre instructor, certified trainer, and behavior coach with over 23 years of industry experience, WW101 helps people reconnect with their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Michelle supports women through life transitions like pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal shifts, and burnout, and helps men rebuild structure, confidence, and lasting health. We also offer free monthly community classes to make wellness more inclusive and accessible for all.

One class was enough to get me hooked! I took the Power Flow Vinyasa class and Michelle does an amazing job with her flow and cues. By the end I felt stronger and could not wait for her next class.
