We believe each individual is unique, and so are their goals, their needs, and their limitations. So we design programs specifically FOR YOU. As your life and goals change, so does you program.

I came to Yankee Fitness in Jan 2023, not from a New Year's resolution but a reality check - my inactive lifestyle had compromised my mobility, flexibility and strength. I was moving slowly and was tired all of the time. Brendan's initial assessment was thorough and conversation was about what living a healthy lifestyle included. I didn't have grandiose goals - I just wanted to move around better and regain strength. I began with an individualized program - two times a week that slowly led me to the class sessions - then three times a week and believe it or not, now four times a week. I've kept the individualized program since my needs as a "young-old person" are very different from that of a younger person (I just read this name for 65-74 yrs a few days ago and I like it). Continuing to look at my whole life, in and out of the gym has caused my mindset to shift from the erroneous thinking that getting older has to mean aches, pains and limitations to realizing that I can have the healthier lifestyle that allows me to enjoy life. I feel stronger every day and leave each session with gratitude. I credit this to the continuity of the coaching. They are all personable, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. Shout out to Coach Chris who pushes me when I need it and brings positivity and passion for a healthy lifestyle to every class. Brendan, you and your team are the best! I highly recommend Yankee Fitness for all of your health and wellness needs.

Best work outs ever! I had never really worked out with weights so I needed education and instruction.
I started almost a year ago now and really appreciate all the guidance from coaching staff. They are very good at pushing and encouraging but cautious to not overdo.

I really wasnβt sure what I was looking for until I found Yankee Fitness. Brendan performs a thorough intake before getting you started, with a focus on healing pre existing injuries and preventing new ones. He employs a truly dedicated group of coaches who help you to achieve your fitness goals and share in your victories. I appreciate the small group classes and personalized training. Shout out to Coach Chris who is flexible with my training schedule but keeps me accountable! 11/10 recommend Yankee Fitness!

I joined Yankee CrossFit over since Dec 2020. Everything about this gym and community is absolutely great...Coach Brandon and all other coaches are really caring and pay a lot of attention to every member in the class. I highly recommend checking this place out!
