For the first time since 1975, I ran a short distance (about 110ft) from the exit door of the ACME supermarket to my car, in the parking lot. I couldn’t run like that since then. I’ve been going to the gym for just over 5 years, (due to conditions with my mom, I’ve had to stay away for some time.) I’m 72, and facing age related issues. I’m still working out at the gym to beat those odds.

I love this gym, the staff are super nice, but the a/c has been broken for two weeks and it is unbearable working out in there. For as much as our membership costs i would hope that the company would be able to set up some portable a/c units or at least discount our rates until it’s fixed. Guarantee you if we weren’t locked into a 1 year contract, everyone would be cancelling their membership right now.

Great gym. Very clean. Everything is in good condition. I usually go weekdays around 3pm and never have to wait for equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that none of my clothes fit anymore because I'm so swole now!!

Anytime Fitness in Smyrna, De was the only gym I felt comfortable walking into, let alone joining. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant and the other members are all very welcoming, too! My only complaint is that I wish my body would allow me to do more so I could go there all the time!
