This is truly yoga for everybody. I feel very comfortable here and never pressure to do more than I can. Also one of the few places that has iyengar inspired classes.

A great diversity of yoga "styles" with teachers who are all well versed in the physical practice and our anatomy as well as the spiritual teachings of yoga. Beautiful, intimate studio!
