Whether you’re an athlete in training or brand new to fitness, all are welcome to come join the Balanced By Emily family! Emily works side by side with her clients to come up with effective yet attainable goals.

I started seeing Emily after I had my second child. Being a mom herself, Emily fully understood the struggles of trying to get back into shape after kids. Emily allowed me to start slowly and gradually pushed me so I could continue to see progress. Emily gets to know her clients personally and uses that to help each client reach their goals. Her schedule was flexibly which was great for my family and hectic work schedule. Highly, highly recommend Balanced By Emily!

Balanced By Emily...what can I say, Emily is an amazing trainer. I love her professionalism, space, equipment, dynamic workouts (did I say I love workouts, lol?!), and her ability to modify sets when I need it. And I may have actually spotted muscles on my legs!!!

I've been working with Emily since may, and have been having a blast! The workouts are hard but always fun and she makes sure I finish each set. I am definitely getting stronger, especially in my upper body which I have always struggled with. Would definitely reccomend!

Emily is great! She understood I’ve never worked out a day in my life and conducted some exercises that help build my muscles without completely exhausting me. She keeps things fun & interesting so I’m not constantly doing the same thing. We switch up between sets and circuits. If you’re like me and hate gyms or public exercise she’s your girl to call! I love her at home personal gym, it’s clean & has everything you need! Another plus to booking with her is her schedule flexibility! 10/10 Recommend!

I have been seeing Emily for a year now and with each visit she impresses me more. Her workouts are always different- she will create personalized exercises to target the areas you wish to improve upon. On top of this, she has a fantastic energy and enthusiasm for what she does and it's inspiring! I love working out with her and only hesitate to write this review because she might get too popular. I started with Emily to build my core muscles after a back injury. She worked with me one on one which is really helpful. Emily is very attentive to your needs but still pushes you to achieve your goals. I love her garage converted to a gym which is clean and well equipped. If you are looking to be your best in 2022 Balanced by Emily is where you need to go! She is the best!🙌🏻💪🏻

Emily makes you feel welcomed from your very first consultation. She helps you set clear cut goals that are achievable if YOU are willing to put in the work. I was FEELING results within 3 sessions but SEEING results within 5 sessions. That’s insane (in a good way). Emily has even gotten down on the ground with me and exercised along side of me when I was starting to burnout for extra support. She makes sure we are listening to our bodies & not rushing through the exercises. She pays close attention to your form to ensure you are lifting, hinging, etc properly to prevent injury. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a personal trainer to go to Balanced by Emily! You’ll be glad you did!

Emily is excellent! She is so knowledgeable and professional creating custom workouts that challenge me and work around my limitations. The workouts always change which keeps it fun!
