Gyms really only good if you’re a powerlifter, No machine variety so if you’re not doing compounds, lifts aren’t that great. Not sure why they keep taking down my review and blocking my acc, what’s the point of a review if u take down all the bad ones. Been lifting since i was 12 so i’ve seen and been to so many gyms and the atmosphere of this gym was very weird can’t really describe it, opposite of humble tho when it came to the owner Drew. Wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone unless you’re mainly just benching, squatting and deadlifting. Respectfully i would not be apart of this gym and would recommend any other gym in the area.

This gym has been life changing for me. I started my fitness journey a year ago and I joined another local gym which just wasn’t very welcoming, and then found Barbell Brothers Gym. As a mama I have to get my workout in when I can so the 24/7 access is amazing when working around my busy schedule with my kids & my full time job. The owners are great & staff has been incredibly helpful. I came in knowing nothing about weightlifting but while learning there was also access to a treadmill, a stair-master (my favorite) & plenty of people to help guide me.

Barbell brothers is by far the best gym I’ve ever lifted at before. Not only is the environment perfect for elite athletes, but it’s accommodating to all shapes and sizes who want to get in shape. The owners Connor and Drew Flach are extremely helpful and treat everyone as family. If you want to attend a gym with no bullshit, and heavy hitters, this is the place to be.

I was in town for work and needed a place to train. The gym is fitted with really nice equipment, black and red color scheme. It is a clean gym with bodybuilding and powerlifting equipment, calibrated plates, Texas deadlift bar, several competition benches. Overall, just a very solid place. The owner was a great guy and the members were welcoming. you're in the area check it out.

I love this gym. It is nice and well equipped and generally uncrowded. Great for strength and hypertrophy.
If you are serious about your work out, just sign up. All hours access with your phone app.

Clean gym, new gear, allows chalk. Good gym culture. Heads up it is a gym where you can go shirtless.

Cons: Cable pulldown is short, best for those under 6ft or if you don't have crazy long arms. I am a long armed lanky monkey so YMMV. Music is pretty loud.

My feeling is this place will just get better with time.

Good mix of plate loaded and cable equipment. Nice location.

I'd like to see a taller cable pulldown for full stretch at the top. Another wish list item would be a bottle friendly, cold filtered water source. 🙏🙏🙏🤜🤛🏋️‍♂️

Love this gym! Visited for the first time and has everything a powerlifter could ask for; from SBD to accessories and rolling out afterwards. Met one of the owners, Connor, who set me up with a day pass and was super kind, welcoming and showed me around the facility. Even more competition equipment on the way sounds like on TOP of what they already have. Looking forward to returning!

They have the nerve to illicit membership from every Monster, shredbro, muscle mommy and do better worker outter in the Delmarva region. How dare they shatter the poor ego of us proud few!
