I've been a member here for quite some time and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The amenities are amazing with a full gym, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise classes, trainers, showers, a place to get food and smoothies. It's an incredible center all around.

Great gym and pool. I love living in Bayside and having access to great facilities like this. Plenty of treads, bikes and ellipticals. The weight room equipment is good for beginners and more advanced training. Locker rooms are super clean. Indoor pool and hot tub are gorgeous.

For the exorbitant fees being charged, the least they can do is provide towels at the indoor pool!! Also closing the pool at 6:45pm is much too early; 8:00pm would be a much more reasonable time!!
