I took my first Pilates class ever with Autumn and she was amazing! I was new to the reformer and Autumn gave me small corrections during class without calling me out or making it obvious to others that I didn’t know what I was doing! Giáo viên thì tuyệt vời, luôn hướng dẫn một cách chi tiết và thực sự quan tâm đến tiến bộ của từng học viên - điểm này làm mình rất hài lòng.
Thiết bị ở đây cũng hiện đại và đa dạng, làm mình có cảm giác như đang tập tại một trung tâm cao cấp. Mỗi buổi tập đều mang lại cảm giác sảng khoái và đầy thử thách. Duy chỉ có một điều hơi tiếc là mình phải đặt lịch trước do không gian có hạn và khách khá đông, nhưng điều này chỉ chứng tỏ Studio được yêu thích mà thôi!
Nói chung, với chất lượng dịch vụ và không khí mà Club Pilates mang lại, mình hoàn toàn có lý do để quay lại nhiều lần nữa. Ai muốn thử một chút gì đó cho sức khỏe, chắc chắn nên đặt một lớp ở đây, và cảm nhận sự khác biệt.

I have been attending Club Pilates for a little over a month now and I've been really enjoying it! I've been going to the Cardio Sculpt class with Autumn. It's a class that can be really challenging at first but shows you what your body is capable of when you put your mind to it. I always leave feeling refreshed and stronger. Autumn is also an amazing instructor, she takes the time to get to know you and gives you tips on how to modify the workout to meet your individual needs. I highly recommend giving Club Pilates a try.

I signed up a few hours after taking the free intro class, and I’m so glad that I did! All of the instructors are amazing! If you’re new to Pilates like I was don’t worry because the instructors are very attentive to everyone in the class, and they’ll ensure your form is correct and you’re getting the most out of each exercise. No workout is the same, even if you’re only taking one type of class, such as Reformer Level 1, to begin with. Also, the studio is kept very clean, and you’ll always be greeted with a smile. I’m loving my experience at Club Pilates!

I have loved my experience at Club Pilates. I joined about a month ago after the free intro class. I had such a great experience at Club Pilates in Pike Creek! From the moment I walked in, the class felt welcoming and approachable, even though the workout itself was challenging in the best way.
The instructor was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive—managing to guide the entire class while giving me individual feedback and encouragement, which really boosted my confidence. I also love how the different equipment and progressions keep things interesting and push me just enough each time.

I tried my first Pilates experience with Club Pilates and it totally changed how I view working out! it was my first time using a reformer and i like pilates to my mind-muscle connection. i kind of wish the intro could be 40 minutes longer. it just felt very quick and ending with a more challenging movement would have been cool, so we could see all sides of pilates.

They will try to scam you if you cancel your membership.
The classes/instructors are fine if you are looking for something that is low impact recovery level exercise. But if you are looking for a more intense workout, I'd recommend something else. I tried to cancel 5 days before their required 30-day advanced notice deadline and was ignored despite multiple attempts to follow up. They only confirmed my cancelation a day after the deadline and charged my credit card, claiming I didn't make the cancelation in time. I have written email proof of my request and their acknowledgment of the request, so idk why they'd make that claim.
Update: Despite the tone of the owner's response to my review, they did admit they 'incorrectly' charged me (issued a refund) and I followed their cancelation procedure. I don't appreciate them posting language that makes it sound like I was at fault for their failure to read a calendar.

Went for my intro session yesterday with Stephanie and now I am a Pilates member! If you are in the fence I would totally suggest taking the intro class (they have socks at the club for you to purchase or you can bring your own). I enjoyed my introduction class at Club Pilates, Limestone Road. The introduction class is free to give one an idea of what Pilates is before you commit to it. The instructor was nice and caring explaining the purpose of each move... after this 30 minute class my body felt all tingly...I was on a good high. My only hesitation in joining is the scheduling of classes. I am use to going to the gym any time ..here at Club Pilates, you have to schedule your classes and by reviewing their schedule it seems there are waiting list for preferred times. I don't know if I can get use to being on a waiting list and waiting to be notified when and if space is available. I am praying about it.

I have been doing Pilates for a couple years now, with a couple breaks. You can definitely notice a difference in your body just missing a week or two. I like that there are different options for classes, from cardio to control. There are different instructors all with their own style, so you can find your best fit. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that sometimes the timing of the classes are hard. But I know they are always looking to add times and instructors.

To ring in the new year, I like to experience a different type of workout class. So, I headed over to Club Pilates near Goldey Beacom College. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with open arms.
Our instructor Stephanie was amazing. Her instructions were clear, audible and she would physical come and reposition your body if needed. I would highly recommend visiting this location and see if you’re a fit for pilates.

I've been taking Pilates classes here once a week since an intro class back in September. I'm not an exercise-y person but I'm really enjoying it. It's both easy and challenging at the same time! I have taken a variety of classes and instructors and I love that every week we do something I've never done before. The app is super easy to use to schedule classes and every time I've been waitlisted I've gotten into the class. I highly recommend it for other middle-aged women like me who want to not be sore from daily chores that weren't a big deal when we were younger and fitter!

Amazing, highly recommend! Club Pilates has forever changed my relationship with my core. I only do 1 class/week as I have a membership through my health insurance, but I have experienced amazing results. I can connect with my core when I exercise & I love all the different classes offered. The flow classes are great as are chair & restore classes. The instructors are great, each with their own flavor & personality so I would recommend trying out everyone once. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

I’m on month two with Club Pilates in Pike Creek and could not be happier! I’ve attended several different classes with different instructors and have had great experiences with each one. This is the first time I’m actually looking forward to working out! The front staff are equally amazing. I’m always created with a happy smile and hello. I’m down 5 lbs and 2 pant sizes in less than 2 months. I’m feeling a little stronger as the weeks go by and can’t thank them enough! Definitely give this studio a shot!

I would recommend this this studio to anyone of any level of mobility. I took the free introductory sessions. The instructor was able to modify all reps to match everyone’s level, which I thought was very nice. The instructor was calm gave us information on what each movement would do and how we should feel when doing the movement. The only reason I did not give this place five stars is because the website did not list, all of the stipulations of trying the free class or just taking a class. One of the stipulations for trying out, the Pilates session, was a membership offer will be offer after your introductory session for you to take advantage. The offer was nice but not in my budget at the time. The enrollment fee would also be waived if you signed up for the offer. The website also did not state how much Pilates sessions are in advance. That makes me feel that the prices are subject to change based on who you are and at the studios discretion.

Being a complete beginner to Pilates I had no idea what to expect but the instructor supported us the entire class, assisting when necessary. I’ve been a member of Club Pilates for a few years now, and am about to hit my 300th class!!! I love committing to getting toned and stretched out via a low impact workout. Classes run from early morning, to lunch or after work, so you can pick what works for your unique schedule. Staff is warm and friendly, and cares about your journey and is flexible to any restrictions you may have. I recommend it to all of my friends! Check it out!

I have been working out at Club Pilates for about three and a half years now. As we get older it's very important to work out with low impact cardio, strength training and enjoy it at the same time! Club Pilates in Pike Creek has great instructors, all of which have their own styles of instruction and encouragement. They are helpful in adjusting classes for individuals with healing injuries. Club Pilates was recommended to me by my PT, due to my hypermobility. It has been such a game changer. I've been going for 1.5 years and no longer have significant chronic pain.
Using a reformer changed the intensity and impact of exercise on my body, and allowed me to gain strength without getting hurt.
The community is encouraging and supportive, so no need to feel awkward in your first couple of classes.
I highly recommend Suzanne as a teacher. Shes really knowledgeable, and her classes are challenging, but well balanced. Plus, she's kind and quite funny.

I took a short lesson and really enjoyed my time. The classes are a smaller size so everyone gets personal attention and the instructor walked around making sure everyone had the correct posture to limit/eliminate injuries. The equipment is clean and wiped down, the areas are versatile and allow movement. I loved the option of classes depending on the focus. The club has progressive classes that ensure that each participant is capable of the intensity of the class. They look out for you and help strengthen you, in the manner you want. Definitely a Club worth checking out and joining.

I love Club Pilates in Pike Creek! As I get older, I am not as interested in a lot of jumping around. It hard on the joints! 😂 Pilates isn’t necessarily easier. It really gives you a good workout. You will feel it the next day. You definitely feel the difference within a few weeks of doing it. My core is a lot stronger and my balance is so much better! This is also the one type of exercise that I have not grown bored with! The instructors are amazing and knowledgeable and the studio is clean and inviting. I always look forward to going!

I have private lessons with Joanna. I have several conditions that require extra care and Joanna has been proactive by studying ( at night - on her own time) the best exercises for me. She has hand written many pages of notes about positioning and the best exercises to achieve my goals. Joanna frequently does the exercises with me and she ALWAYS physically guides me through each exercise, both mat and reformer. I love Club Pilates Pike Creek! It is such a supportive and fun place to exercise. I appreciate the variety of classes that are offerred and the fact that no class is ever the same. I felt welcome from the first intro class last summer and have been comfortable trying more advanced classes. The instructors are amazing. Wonderful place filled with wonderful members and staff. Club Pilates provides great regimens to re-train and strengthen my muscles, especially after being physically inactive for about a year. The top of the line equipment and knowledgeable instructors also alleviate my fears of injury. My only critique is that I wish the class time slots that align with my schedule wouldn’t fill up so quickly. It can make it hard for me to use up all the classes I have for each month. I do understand that CP can’t do anything to control this issue but it can still be frustrating nevertheless. I am loving it here so far. A month in & counting…

I never write reviews but this whole interaction trying to cancel my membership is absurd. The reason why I cancelled is because the classes always fill up so it is impossible to get into a class unless you book weeks in advance and I don’t like to plan my workouts that far in advance. I also think the classes are very repetitive and not challenging.
Once I decided to cancel my membership it was impossible and Laura the manager gave me the run around. The manager Laura will be argumentative and dismissive when you are trying to just cancel your membership. I had to threaten to contact my Mastercard. I started the communication to cancel May 16 and my membership is still not officially cancelled. Yes, I know Laura it will charge me another month, but I want it documented that the request is officially put in for cancellation. Laura called me and told me they can’t find my name in the system, but kept telling me to continue trying it online. She gaslights you into thinking it’s an issue with you filling out the form when she already admitted that she can’t find me in the system and that’s probably the reason the form isn’t working on my end. I told her it’s not working numerous times. I have 11 email threads back and forth over a cancellation!!! I had to suggest coming into the shop and I’m just so annoyed and over it and her attitude is just the opposite of what you would expect from an owner/operator.
Save your money and try Hockessin athletic club.
