I love Crunch Newark, DE since the day I joined in January... Great fixed and free weight options plus top notch bikes and rowing and step training gear.. The staff is Pro and a lot of fun.. This gym is awful, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I spent three months fighting to cancel my membership, and they never wanted to help me; they just kept stalling so they could keep charging me. They say you can cancel online, but they could never do it themselves. Now it turns out I owe for three months, and on top of that, I have to pay for another month. It's a total rip-off. And if you don't pay, they threaten to send you to collections. What a disgusting gym! I definitely don't recommend it.

Madi is doing great as manager! Always greeting every customer new or old making personal connections allowing Crunch to be more comfortable than home sometimes. You can tell Madi leads by example and Newark Crunch would not be the same without her! Overall AMAZING gym clean, welcoming, high energy, and great management! Madi truly is the most swag of all!

This is a great gym environment to meet new people and get a great workout in. The employees are always nice and polite to me from when i enter to when i leave the gym. The manager Madi is the best ! The gym is always clean and the machines are the best to get a good pump ! They also have the best personal trainers that will push you through your workouts and help you accomplish your fitness goals. Hours of operation are very convenient. The location is in a convenient location near UD, also next to a grocery store.

I was hitting a hasty lower body workout when I noticed that the leg bar for the seated hamstring curl was loose. Distraught I decided to seek the judgement of Jay, an employee at Crunch. As soon as I asked Jay gave me his full attention and devoted all his effort to fixing the machine for me allowing me to have a fantastic leg workout. Thank you jay!! π

This is an incredible place and so worth the membership! This high quality place has high quality staff too! I sacrifice a long drive every day that I lift here, but it is worth it!

Crunch fitness in Newark Delaware is the best gym around. They offer machines as well as a ton of free weights. The trainers there are always friendly and helpful. They are located in the grove which is convenient because there are a lot of places you can fuel up before and after your workout. Itβs also great for meeting new people and having a great lift.
