Delmar Fitness is a small boutique style gym priding itself in quality over quantity. We have a family atmosphere sharing our fitness journey as a community. We are designed to be a place you want to go not a place you have to go. We offer personal training, free tanning included in membership and all the circuit training equipment and free weights you could need. At Delmar Fitness we build bodies and hope to strengthen our community.
Our gym operates 24/7 with key fob access for members. Staff available Monday to Friday (8am-7pm) and Saturday (10am-4pm).

We absolutely love the Manager Rich and this staff, they are always able and happy to help. We go every day almost and we have made a bunch of friends there and it's more like a community/family than a gym. Of course there's the normal few that refuse to conform but the manager does not play any games with the disrespect of people as well as the gym itself or anybody just acting stupid almost hurting themselves or others. They always keep it clean and there's tanning beds and showers and a scale plus a community board with business card. Rules are posted everywhere as well as memos. Due to childhood trauma I hated gyms, but I love this one!!!!

This place is great! Small, clean and quiet! Despite its size, it has everything you would need. The owner Rich, is the kindest man as well, and the atmosphere was always so friendly and welcoming. Sadly I am moving to a different state, so it’s going to be hard to find another small gym that is even half as great.

The tanning bed lightbulbs are not changed enough or the beds are too old or some thing because they don’t give any bit of a tan even after multiple visits.

The gym is local, the staff when we signed up were really nice. But some of the machines are old and need some TLC. The tanning beds not sure when the last time the bulbs were changed but they don’t work very well with trying to get tan. Overall though good gym and nice staff

This is a great place to get in shape and stay in shape.
The facility is clean and is always open. The managers are very interested in helping you meet your EXERCISE GOALS. 🙂😀😄

I want to shout out my personal trainer Greg Farrare who is definitely a motivating, professional, knowledgeable trainer who truly cares about his clients. He creates tailored work out plans to suit my individual needs. He listens to what my goals are and even works out with me which is very motivating. I would highly recommend him.
