Love this gym. Open, clean, no one taking pics or making vids. Everyone is just there to workout. Better than planet fitness any day of the week! Thank goodness I'm able to utilize this facility.

Misleading hours, I went Sunday within operating hours and the doors were locked. How is someone supposed to go in sign up during “operating hours”? I deploy Monday so there’s no “just sign up tomorrow”. I walked 20 mins for absolutely nothing. My phones disconnected so I couldn’t even call to verifying if they were open.

Came here in September 2024. Love how clean and convenient this military base gym was and to see a lot of options in attached weights and free weights in the gym. Many cardio devices. Large bathroom and locker room area. It was easy to get access and key cards with our military ID to use it 24/7. We had traveled to Delaware for vacation and to see the 46th annual Nanticoke Powwow in Delaware. We made a stop at the military base to get some exercise on our way to the pow wow event that week.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Lisa and her team push me to do better every time I come in and although it may be uncomfortable, pushing past the discomfort is a sign of progress and that I'm capable of doing more than I thought I could otherwise. Great admin staff, great facility and above all, just great people.

More and more people are not wiping down their equipment. The various machines need a better cleaning. In 2018, the staff was cleaning machines. I don't see that now. Still a good place to exercise.

Gym equipment use is currently split up by days, Red and Yellow due to COVID restrictions. Makes it difficult to complete some workouts. Wish it had a standing calf raise machine, otherwise its not bad.
