Stefanie is an absolutely incredible yoga instructor! Her classes are grounding, uplifting, and welcoming for all levels. She has such a calming presence and a gift for guiding you deeper into your practice with both ease and encouragement. What makes the experience even more special is her amazing husband, Brad, who provides the live music and sound baths. The combination of Stefanie’s yoga and Brad’s sound healing creates the most magical atmosphere—you leave feeling completely relaxed, balanced, and renewed. Together, they create a one-of-a-kind experience that feeds both body and soul. I can’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely adore Stephanie and Brad at Ebb and Flow. The energy is so comforting and inviting. I've gone to a few different workshop events and a sound bath and cant wait till my schedule keeps aligning with more events where we can hold space together. If your in the area definitely stop in for a class !
