This gym is one of the best gym’s i have been to. Me and my friends came there the works were so patient with us even better was the other gym members very nice and gave me and my friends tips on things we could improve on ( Newer gym members)

As a rebuttal to Mr Satterfield’s 1 star review. He makes as though he is a long time member of Energy Gym and he is not a member at all. If he was he’d know that its “current operator” co founded it with his father in 1989! The Halls are a wonderful family who care about the Energy Gym family. Tony is always particularly watching out for our senior citizen members in their fitness journey. And while I did not witness what happened initially I did witness Mr Satterfield’s inappropriate behavior at the front desk. He repeatedly used foul language and badgered the nice lady working there who had nothing to do with his issue.
This was an unfortunate situation and should not reflect on Energy Gym. To locals and visitors it is a welcoming all inclusive environment. And again to contradict Mr Satterfield, folks like him i.e.
a “serious powerlifter”, are truly in the minority. Sure there are a lot of fit younger folks there however they integrate seamlessly with the average person striving to be fit. I hope Mr Satterfield will examine his own behavior and seek the help he needs.

A nice local gym. Not too expensive. They have passes and short term memberships for summer visitors. Gym is clean and lots of machines available vi didn't do the classes but there are plenty to choose from. Very friendly staff

Solid gym — older equipment and weights. A bit crowded, but I was there the busiest week of the year to be fair.

Hit this spot on my vacation just for a day and definitely will come back if I ever return to the area. Very local, place is not so huge but has a lot more than you need. Good equipments, very clean and friendly staff/local customers. It was a 10/10 experience

Stopped in for a squats/leg day and had a great experience. The members were friendly and the front desk person even took me on a quick tour even though I was just here for one day. Gym was clean and the machines were unique and it full working condition. I’ll be back every time I come to visit

I signed up for a weeks membership while on vacation in Fenwick. It was an easy drive. The staff are friendly, and the gym was well equipped. I found the other members to be helpful as well. I highly recommend.

I went to this gym while visiting family in area and really enjoyed it. It's nothing fancy, but they have everything I needed and everyone was friendly. 24/7 access is a bonus. They also have an inversion table, which is a rare find in a community gym.

Quality equipment, great workout—but I had a negative interaction with a guy who tried to force me off a squat rack and then hit on me. This interaction stopped me from going the the gym again while I was on vacation at Bethany Beach

As a regular gym regular I checked out Energy Gym after I moved. They were very friendly and had everything and more of what I needed. I did think the equipment was a little compact and close together but not a real problem. They have a room for classes, an exercise room, a free weight area, and plenty of ellipticals and treadmills for everyone. Locker room was a bit smaller than what I'm used to but so far have not seen any over crowding anywhere. Overall a very nice gym that is also open 24 hrs 365 days a year!

Has a great student discount for the summer! Best gym down here by the beach, has more variety than the other gyms around in my opinion. I also love how it’s open 24 hours, sometimes I procrastinate but I push myself to go late at night and its always been empty when I’ve gone late.

This makes no sense to me why you limiting your time to access a 24 hour gym. This will now Corral everybody to a certain time to ALL be at the gym at the same time. If you were like your sign says 247 gym , allowing everybody to spread out their time in come in workout when there's less body here. stop acting like a sheep in stand up and stop this ridiculous stuff more people die from the peanut allergy & shellfish then they have from covid this is ridiculous.

If you want to be, and think being "Chubb O litous" is sexy read No farther--Please. But if your sick or being a "chub" read on, boy or girl, man or woman or in my case, gently put on the back of a T-shirt, "Old guys rule."
At my age men don't just whimper and curl up in a ball when we hear the word, get in shape, or worst, Yoga, or pump anything. We, or rather myself, just slap our protruding bellies wonder why we only fit into 'Tommy Bahamas" and why "Levis" abandoned our flat gluteus Maxima's for a low rise jean. We take that occasional cruise or Bahamas vacation and say, "this is the week I get in shape! I will fit in a size smaller than myself and I wont wear a belt--never again! Alas for two days this is a reality, yes, I'm a gonna make it boys! But you never do-right? Because your still a fat old guy like myself.
I'm not that guy anymore, nope. I'm the guy with the flat stomach, the tight glut and married to a woman ten years younger than me.
Wanna look great, be sexy, loose the fat and have fun doing it? Join the classes at this gym, no really, the classes. Join the classes. Like the company of women? Join the class boys. They have it all figured out-- the woman. The classes are a team effort, and its not easy keeping up with someone who is pumping more iron, stretching to the moon than your sorry old glut could do, and its fun. No joke.
That's my review. Boys, men, try something beside dreaming and get your butts to "Energy gym, Fenwick Island DE."
