Coaches are great! I love the training they’re providing the kids but it should be illegal to have the kids training in the gym with the lack of air circulating. The heat is unbearable. If they can get air in the gym, 10/10!

We are so lucky to be surrounded by such an amazing circle. Huge shoutout to Coach James & his kids who went out of their way to encourage and motivate Roman for his 1st run outside — they were literally right there cheering him on at the finish line. 🙌🏽💪🏽

I have my son in the kids program and he LOVES IT! I like how they have the kids do cardio first. The coaches are great and really encourage them to keep going. He really looks forward to coming twice a week!

Coach Anthony is an amazing coach. Going there for months now. Great experience. Amazing workout. And everyone I meet and met always greets me and is so supportive. When I’m here, I never want to leave. Learning boxing here was the best decision I ever made. I’ll always remember my time here. If you’re thinking about calling or joining. Do it. Great place to get your children trained or yourself. Reliable, great communication. Staff is AWESOME!!! I will always recommend this spot for anyone who wants to train in boxing or just doing something they like…. My boys love it. Kids box Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm

Love this place. Great kids program. Very inexpensive and so worth it. The self-confidence and respect for himself and others my 11 year old grandson learns at the gym is invaluable. Mr. James is a wonderful trainer!

Amazing gym for my family and I.
Group classes are very proactive, positive coaching, and most of all Understand every person is different and coaches him differently to what the student needs. I also have women’s class on Saturday that way if I wanna just do women’s class with other ladies, I’m hanging around other individuals who had the same mindset as mine that are females. My kids love the class for kids classes. They also have more intense one on ones. Other trainings for people who want to go further with boxing. 🥊 I recommend this gym for kids and families.

This place is amazing!!!! Family atmosphere, the coaches all treat you as if they have known you for a while. My kids are beginners, absolutely no experience at all. However every child gets the exact same time and attention. They offer an adult class as well. This place is a gem for the whole state of Delaware. I’m glad we found this.

All of the coaches are great! They really motivate the kids and are really great with them! My sons been in class 2 months and has learned so much more than what he did for a year in karate! We will be staying around for awhile! May even be thinking of doing the adult class right after the kids class here in a few months! This place is amazing!

Our girls started last summer and they've gained soo much confidence in these last 5 months. I love how Coach Anthony, Ray and D take the time out for each individual student when needed. Everyone is so friendly the staff and the parents. Halloween was a treat for the kids candy, pizza and dress up. Sometimes coach Anthony brings in an icecream truck. I dont know whos more excited for icecream the parents or the kids. Its always a good time. They also offer personal classes which I will sign up for very soon.

I was looking for a sport for my son to do. My daughter told me about the First State Obey boxing gym. I talked to coach A for like 45 minutes. He told me everything about his gym. That was about 3 months ago. We been here ever since. His other coaches coach Ray and coach D are awesome. The three of them are great with the kids. They are all patient and take there time with all of the kids. Doesn't matter what your skill level is. They treat all of the kids the same which I like. No child is left behind. So if you want your child or even yourself to learn some great boxing skills. Come here to First State Obey Boxing.
