If your looking for a well rounded workout, calorie burn, a workout community and great coaches ignite is your place! Finally found something I can stick with and I'm seeing results! Completed the 6 week challenge and am continuing to better health.

Iβve been a member since the MOT location opened. It has been almost two years. I have never regretted my decision to add kickboxing to my workout regimen. I am stronger physically, and I am wiser regarding nutrition. I I could write a whole essay, but the proof is in my body composition, how my clothes fit, and looking better in my late 40s than I did in my 20s.
