Jab & Flow is not just a gym, we are a self-improvement center. You don't have to get in the ring, be a hardcore yogi, or train like a pro athlete to become part of our community!
We teach authentic boxing fundamentals for all levels and offer a unique variety of classes including Pilates, Indoor Cycling, and Tai Chi to help our members create an ideal balance of physical and mental wellness.
With our core classes limited to just 8 participants, you'll never feel lost, intimidated, or out of place. You're always guaranteed to receive personal attention and hands on guidance.

My wife and I have been taking boxing and personal training at Jab & Flow for nearly six months. We have a long history of fitness classes and private instruction in the DC Metro area. Will Harris and his exceptional staff have raised the bar for instruction. By far the best and most rewarding fitness experience we have had and feel for the first time in our lives we are making an authentic and meaningful investment for our well being. Boxing is a challenging sport to learn and Will, Jackie and Damont break it down into attainable steps while keeping it fun and a really good workout. They now offer self defense classes with Dave that complement the other offerings and are truly awesome. We have three school aged kids and there is literally something for our entire family. The instructors are all real boxers and/or seasoned experts in defense training. You get what you pay for when it comes to fitness. Jab & Flow is worth the investment and truly a great value, especially when you consider that one-on-one personal training also includes weekly group sessions and unlimited use of the gym with available self taught programming on large screen televisions. They even have an amazing athletic trainer on site (April) with an entire relaxation and recuperation lounge upstairs. Think ice baths, IV drip bar, leg compression/massage therapy, sensory deprivation, etc. Jab & Flow with it's adjacent Rehoboth Beach Barbell Club are the one stop shop to fulfill all your fitness and self care goals! Look no further. A perfect 10!

Came to jab & flow to get in some mitt work in while on vacation not knowing what to expect but was blown away by the instruction/advice I got during my two 1 on 1 sessions with coach Will. He’s by far the best boxing trainer I’ve ever worked with - he was able to spot some form issues causing me should pain that other trainers I’ve worked with haven’t noticed and was able to breakdown complicated combinations / setups in a way that I could easily follow. We did mitt work, covered defense and pivots, worked on body shots with Will wearing the body protector and spent a lot of time going over questions I had on how to work on my form while at home on a heavy bag. Also - my sessions were scheduled for an hour but ended up going over an hour and a half as Will had some extra time and really values his clients. I’ll be coming back every summer. Highly recommend this gym and wish it closer to home in NJ!!

Dropped in for a couple of sessions with Will on boxing fundamentals while on vacation with my family. The gym is great as is everyone who greets you with a welcoming and encouraging smile on the way in the door. I learned a ton from Will and setting this time aside for myself was the most restorative thing i did all week. Id be a regular if i lived there and will drop in next time i visit!

I attended a drop-in class while vacationing in Rehoboth and had so much fun! The class was at Tower Beach and boxing in the sand was a new and challenging experience. The coaches know how to work with all ability levels and keep the workouts interesting!

Been wanting to take boxing classes for awhile and very happy I found this gym 🤩 Facility is clean and well equipped. Both Will and John are great at working with beginners and advanced boxers. You can tell that they care and are dedicated to teaching. If you’re looking for a place to actually learn boxing technique, get a solid workout in and have some fun I would HIGHLY suggest checking out Rehoboth Boxing and Fitness. 🥊

I’m a few weeks in to boxing at Rehoboth Boxing, and it’s been a great experience!! Will is so welcoming and everyone there is really nice. They do a great job of pushing you while keeping things appropriate for your skill and fitness level. I would recommend this for anyone!!

If you want to get in great shape and get your mind right, attend classes with coach John Glover. You will never be bored; will release a lot of frustration by punching things and have an absolute ball. There are no ends to the benefits of John’s skills and mentorship.
Will Harris is also an incredible trainer and even takes time and attention for all clients.
I can’t recommend this spot enough. I will be a lifetime member!

This boxing class has been a game changer for my fitness journey. I was at a plateau and needed something new to get motivated. I started going once a week with no prior knowledge of the sport. I quickly fell in love and started going twice a week. I always look forward to this class. Coach John's boxing knowledge is tremendous and he is great at instructor, motivator, and friend. This class is fun and therapeutic. Learning different boxing techniques really engages your mind and has immensely boosted my confidence. Not only have I noticed improvements in my boxing skills but I also feel stronger weight lifting. I highly recommend this class to anyone!
