Since the beginning, every coach has been patient and builds off the child’s skills to help them exceed at what they are best at. The only downfall is the ranking system changed and the levels up have been taken away from the kids. Staff was so friendly and excited during the classes. They were so flexible and understanding with this being my son's 1st class. Ok so where do I began. First let me say my two kiddos have been so thrilled to be part of this KidStrong Middletown. Like each week, my youngest who is 5 cannot wait to come even though he’s learning his days of the week in pre-k his most important day of the week he love is Thursday’s. Why? Because he gets to go and have fun with his new relationships of friends he meet at KidStrong Middletown and also the motivational coaches they have…Shout Out too both Coach Chris and Coach Carter and they other Coaches who fill in as well. And I cannot forget their AMAZING STAFF like AWESOMENESS ladies🤩. My kiddo also love Cat and Mouse they play😂😂😂. However, Anytime I had a question about anything, I would go to the staff (inside KidStrong place) and they would assist me and if they could not answer my question, someone from the office would get in contact with me over the phone.
Now my 9 year old, I am lost for words. I have notice how he is much more confident and more independent than ever before. He seems to take on challenges even though he knows it may be too big for him but what I love is that at least he tries to take it on. Before, my 9 year old he would be shy, timid and low-key but now he’s “KidStrong” and is so so confident and I can see much growth in his character since we been going to KidStrong Middletown for the past three months…. My 9 year old says what he likes about going to KidStrong is that the activities they do as a team and with the coaches.
All I can say is that get your kid/kiddos in here before you be placed on the waiting list. I so highly recommend this experience. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 10 stars since we can’t show it on the ratings!🥰👍🏽

Everyone is so kind and they’re really encouraging. My two year old stays home with me everyday so we joined to get her some exposure to kids her age and to learn different social skills. I've been so impressed with the entire staff at Kid Strong! They all have such a positive and energetic approach. The lessons are fun, challenging, and tailored to the children’s interests level. Never stepped foot in the place or even talked to anyone. The fact that I can’t find clear details about pricing easily online tells me everything I need to know. If it’s this difficult to find out how much I’m going to spend, imagine how many hoops I would need to jump through in order to cancel a membership. Way too many red flags from the jump. I ended up walking in on my own and observed a class with coach Chris and Tom. The coaches were awesome and very entertaining. If I was rating the business on the service they offer, I would give them a 5. However, they are scam artists. I took my son for a trial class in March. We loved it, but decided we would wait to sign him up, and likely do summer camp instead. I had been charged the membership fee of $109 THREE times. Each time it gets harder and harder to have someone contact me back. I spoke to someone most recently who said "it was an error on our end, this has been taken care of. No further charges will occur." And of course, today, there's another charge for $109. I've disputed this with my bank, but this is awful service. Good luck getting any response from them, unless it includes taking your money. We were considering their summer camp programs, but I can assure you, I'll go somewhere else. Somewhere who knows how to run a business.

I signed my son up because my cousin said that her kiddos are doing great & love the program (she lives in CT). So I looked into the program and the Middletown DE by location. My son has a ton of energy but is very shy. I warned Coach Chris on the very first class we went to that I couldn’t guarantee that he wouldn’t have a tantrum & Coach Chris put his hand on my shoulder & said don’t worry kids have tantrums we will deal with it & to my surprise my son loved it he did cry a few times when the program shifted to a different task. My kid has been attending the Middletown Kidstrong location for a year, and we couldn't be happier. All the coaches are positive, encouraging, patient, and fun. They meet the kids where they are and encourage them to keep growing. The exercises are great, and it seems like all the kids have fun doing them, too. Beyond moving their bodies, they also work on confidence, impulse control, and becoming well- rounded humans. It's truly a judgment-free zone, and the kids work on improving their own skills while encouraging their classmates.

I've seen my kid grow in ways I didn't think he would in a weekly program. He's more confident, and he doesn't quit things because their too hard. Honestly, if they had a program for adults, I would totally sign up!

This program is perfect for all types of kids, especially high energy kiddos, but also those who are more reserved and looking to build confidence or social skills or kids who tend to avoid physical activity. My 8 year old son LOVES it!

As a former elementary school teacher, I appreciate the focus on developing a growth mindset and engaging all parts of the brain in learning. I appreciate the super positive, fast-paced, and enthusiastic vibe from ALL the coaches. (It is quite amazing to witness and makes me wonder how long their shifts are!) There is a little competition each class in the form of engaging games, but mostly the classes foster a cooperative vibe where kids encourage each other and work in teams.

Kidstrong has a parent app where you can track your child's progress toward leveling or ranking up (based on the number of classes completed). In the app you can also schedule make up classes (FLEX option) and view upcoming booked classes. My son loves to work on the at-home challenges to earn points toward medals. Those challenges range from exercise-type tasks to teamwork, risk-taking or confidence-building tasks, like "do laundry as a team," "try a new food," or "do something brave." You can add photos if you'd like. It is so engaging for my son!

You really can’t sit there mindlessly on your phone. The coaches get you involved, they give the parents simple multi choice questions, parents keep scores during competition, yell out, “Go!” when the kids are racing. It’s very loud inside from the kids and parents cheering and laughing. The kids Level Up and Rank Up. The app is fun to track their progress. The equipment is good quality. The circuits are tough. The kids are sweating and panting. The establishment is very clean. The staff are very organized. Classes are always on time. It’s really a brilliant program. I only wish they opened years earlier. You pay month to month. My kids are taking time off for Spring Sports. I’m able to pay a small one-time fee to hold their place. I really have nothing bad to say about KidStrong! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!

The biggest waste of time and money. Between the parents and the coaches having no control over their kids. Allowing them to do what ever they want to do, thus interrupting and preventing the other kids from both enjoying themselves as well as learning new skills. Don’t wast your money or time.

They never answer the phone or return phone calls. However they sure know how to reach out to get you to sign up for a membership.
