I brought my 10-year old daughter to do Yoga. The extremely unpleasant owner informed me I was not allowed in the enclosure, even though I was not doing yoga - just supervising a minor child and taking pictures for an hour long $25 experience. Nowhere on the website does it inform participants of such an absurd policy. My daughter was very uncomfortable and did not enjoy the experience. The owner wanted to charge an extra $25 to supervise inside the enclosure. No thanks! Would never go back. Update your website to disclose such a ridiculous policy so people either 1) work overtime in advance or 2) avoid wasting money on an unappreciative business.

What a wonderful experience it was to do a private yoga session on the beach with Kim. We had a group of 10 for a bachelorette party and it was fantastic! 10/10 recommend!

This studio is one of the best in the Millville, Ocean View, and Bethany Beach area. They cater to all levels and ages and there is never any judgement on whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner. You will always feel comfortable walking into practice!

The owners, Justin and Kim are often in the studio or teaching classes. They are also extremely creative and local artists. You may see their pieces at local shows but you can always find them in the studio boutique area. If you need a unique and handmade gift you can purchase Justin’s, blown glass, art there along with Kim’s handmade jewelry. They also have a variety of yoga mats, clothes, sage, crystals etc…. for sale in the boutique area. I love the cards… “They speak to the soul.”

In addition, some of their class offerings include children’s yoga, chair yoga, gentle, vinyasa flow and relax and restore. These are often offered over zoom too during live classes in case you need to wait for company to arrive or a contractor.

If you forget a mat… Relax, they have you covered :) as you can always rent them. ❤️

One last thing…During the warmer months, check out their website for “Yoga on the Beach.” It usually takes place daily every morning! Just bring a beach towel! 🏖

A peaceful studio, with wonderful instructors. We took Andrea's class and she was amazing! Very personable, caring, and super knowledgeable. She even stayed after to help us with a few poses and answer questions. 10/10 recommend.

A yoga studio that has a long list of various kinds of sessions. Very relaxing atmosphere. Good vibe. Very lovely items for sale. Spiritual, health, nutrition. Try it out either for a short visit or a lifelong practice.
