I started Papayya back in April this year. I had just begun my "health" journey but I could tell that after a month of working out with just youtube videos I was causing my body more harm than good. I work from home and going to the gym is difficult before or after the work day, so I was very excited when I came across Papayya! I signed up for the free trial and was paired with Shiva. I have now seen Shiva nearly every week since then!

The price is very reasonable for the quality of work you are getting. I thought that training virtually wouldn't be the same as in person but I was pleasantly surprised!

Shiva is exactly the guidance I was looking for. My main concerns were my form and posture and Shiva took that and all of my pre-existing health conditions and concerns and built me a program that I now look forward to continuing every week. I can feel myself growing stronger and thanks to Shiva I am doing it at my own pace!

She is extremely attentive, and so knowledgable, and takes a considerable amount of time to get to know you, and your body to ensure that the program caters to you. With slight camera adjustments, Shiva is able to make sure that I am using proper form throughout our sessions so that I am not causing damage to my body. Apart from that she is also extremely kind and understanding and I look forward to our sessions!

A big fear I had with going to the gym or having a personal trainer was being judged for my body or for not being able to keep up with certain workouts, but I have never once felt judged for existing in my current body or for need extra breaks every now and then. If anything Shiva notices that I am tired before I do and makes sure that I rest rather than push myself over my limit.

I have truly enjoyed my experience with Shiva and Papayya and hope to continue working towards my goal of having a stronger and healthier body!

I’ve tried two other online coach programs with Papayya being my third. While the others were okay, Papayya by far is the best!

Susie is my coach and sooo kind and Knowledgeable!

She takes a holistic approach to health including fitness, nutrition, sleep, and emotional wellness. While weight loss is a focus (and outcome!), I appreciate the whole person approach.

She factors in exercises I like and don’t like, body areas of focus I have, equipment I have, and current fitness level when making my program. I am challenged Yet capable so am making progress without feeling overwhelmed (a delicate balance I have had difficulty with using other coach programs).

I enjoy the circuit training style to balance strength, cardio, and flexibility. Tips on integrating day-to-day activity are also provided.

Even better, weekly check-ins allow for modifications as needed. Any exercise I need assistance with, Susie is able to offer 1-2 alternative approaches or a replacement exercise. The program evolves with you, and you in turn evolve with the program!

I love the video demos of the exercises which really guide how to keep proper form. The videos also say where you should be feeling the exercises in your body. I like this from an info perspective and to know I’m doing the exercises correctly.

I am invited to send a video of my form or review form at online visits. I am also welcomed to email or text any questions at any time. It feels like 24/7 support and encouragement. While the focus is of course on my health journey, Susie also takes the time to get to know me in terms of work, family, and hobbies. I feel like she genuinely cares.

While I do have a private dietician, Susie provides some nutritional guidance too. She is able to compute my body’s needs for example for protein. I indicated a lesser need for nutrition info but I’m confident the coaches would provide thorough info there as well.

Results-wise, I lost about 10 lb the first month and am continuing on. I feel stronger and empowered too! The one-on-one approach helps with motivation and accountability- two elements of a weight loss journey which can be tricky on one’s own.

The cost is very reasonable for how much you get. I like the option of working from videos to working at live video sessions, guided in real time! This has not been a feature of other programs I’ve tried. Moreover, there is sooo much flexibility in program packages for varying needs and Budgeting!

Overall, I love Papayya and of the three coaching programs I’ve tried, enjoy it the most. I will use Papayya as part of my journey until at goal weight and I can see staying with it during maintenance phase afterward.

While I’m sure all of their coaches are great, I would also highly recommend Susie as a coach!

I had an amazing experience with Papayya! I arranged to have a one to one session with a personal trainer from Papayya online. The trainer was professional and had alot of experience. I couldn't believe the things the trainer noticed about my posture. I did know that my left side is not as aligned with my right and this trainer picked up on it very quickly as well as other problem areas I was not aware of. He had a professional attitude and warm and friendly way of communicating. I would definitely like to schedule more sessions in the future.

Joanna is really great and gos at your pace. Very laid back and comfortable to start then adds a little on and kicks it up a notch when you're ready. Really cool to see how she could tell certain things I had going on with my body and posture through my muscles and alignment, just from looking at me through the computer screen. Talked me through the stuff that i thought was tough. I think it gives you great personalization and quality, just like in person would do, but you are in the comfort of your own home and don't have to bother with getting yourself out to the gym!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried papayya virtual training. The amount of attention I got and how detailed the trained was honestly blew me away. They pointed out several different issues I had with my posture and came up with a regiment to focus on the muscles I was missing. For being virtual, I did not expect the level of detail that they were able to get into.

A great work out session that goes at your pace. You don't have to leave your home for a knowledgeable personal trainer. You get to chose the length of your sessions and the trainer was very nice and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love Papayya. The scheduling system is very easy to use and flexible, and the interaction with my PT is smooth and very effective. I love it, and I am in much better shape since I started! It saves me lots of time driving to and back from a gym, I do it all effectively from the comfort of my home. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed using the Papayya app!! The personal trainer I worked with was very friendly and encouraged me to try the exercises even though at times I doubted myself. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The exercises were customized to fit my needs. I liked that the session was one on one. The price could be a little cheaper, but overall the personalized sessions are well worth the price. Mt personal trainer motivated me to keep going throughout the session and did not judge me based on my performance

Papayya is an excellent choice if you're looking for a way to achieve your fitness goals. My trainer, Louis, was very engaging and showed expertise of the program. He showed me clear instructions to ensure I was exercising effectively and safely. Also, because of our busy schedules, Papayya would be perfect because you can work out anytime and anywhere, and sticking to your workout routine would be a lot easier.

I highly recommend Papayya online personal training for its convenience and excellent service. I found my trainer Louis to be very professional, qualified, and knowledgeable. The initial free session starts with an assessment of fitness and physical imbalances. I have been a member of several physicals gyms and had sessions with in person trainers in the past, but Louis was the first one to immediately identify imbalances that I’ve been having due to my desk job and that have been causing me pain and discomfort for years. I was very impressed that an online trainer can do so much, this truly exceeded my expectations. It was also super easy to get started and schedule a free, no strings attached trial session.
