Tammy Jo is fabulous. We thought that we were too old to do Pilates, but Tammy makes it so simple and fun. The reformers make it manageable. In just a few short weeks, We already feel stronger and more flexible. We do a mixture of individual and classes, and we feel more confident with each class. I tried Pilates by Tammie for the first time in January and I was hooked ever since. I have become so much stronger because of these classes. Tammie is a great teacher she exudes excitement at every class. She pushes me to challenge myself and she is each of our cheerleader every time we get on a reformer! Small studio that allows for personalized attention to each student. Konnector bands add another level of strength and balance. Each class is full of creatively different workouts, so I do not get bored or feel like I am doing the same repetitive moves every time. Welcoming atmosphere, no matter what level you are.

One of the best workouts you can do!! This studio is Pilates on steroids witch the Konnector which enables you to use 4 straps at once. Tammie’s energy and enthusiasm is unmatched; she’s extremely motivating and gives great instruction.

I have been a student of Tammie's for many years. She is an outstanding teacher (the very best!) and an amazing person! Tammie has built a wonderful community around her Pilates studio. We are all friends and enjoy the community immensely. The Konnector is a game changer. It is super challenging but Tammie is able to teach it in a way that makes it second nature. Great experience with Tammie, she was very kind and communicative over the phone and in person. We came from out of state and wanted to take a great burning Pilates class to start the day. She surely delivered! Her studio is gorgeous with nice equipment, lighting and cleanliness. Tammie is perky and a true delight to be instructed by. I would certainly join in on another class is we’re in the Rehoboth area.
