I’ve been training with Isaac for the last 9 months and can’t say enough about what a terrific trainer he is. I’d been exercising a lot but did not have an overall plan. Isaac helped me structure my workouts to address my fitness goals. His workouts are tough, pushing me just enough and always focusing on form and technique. He continues to evolve the workouts for me and discusses progress and ideas. On days that I work out on my own, I hear his voice in my head - like a checklist for my form:) I’m doing exercises now that I never thought I would be doing on my own in the gym. My strength has definitely increased and my clothes are fitting a lot better. I highly recommend Isaac as a personal trainer!

I contacted Issac in September 2022 after trying diets and other exercises that did not work. It is now December and I am feeling so much better than I did before seeing Isaac. Isaac has pushed me to work hard while encouraging me and believing in me. Signing up with Pump Time Fitness and Isaac has been one of the best decisions I have made for both my physical and mental health. I cannot thank Isaac enough!

Isaac is a very talented fitness trainer, he is extremely knowledgeable with human physiology and nutrition. He customizes training and exercises based on the clients body, stamina and goals. He is very detail oriented and pays attention to the client during sessions. Something very unique which I found was very helpful to me is he help me to bring awareness of my breathing rhythm during the exercise, this help me to regulate my breathing and perform really well during sessions. With his coaching I’m starting to see results without any injures. Happy to get trained under him. and highly recommend him for personal training.

I've been working with Issac for a little over a month and it has been a great experience! I have a very busy schedule and need my sessions super early in the morning (5:30am). I was a bit nervous this schedule wouldn't work for Issac but he made adjustments on his end and made it work. The sessions are all 1 on 1 and he takes his time properly explaining the workouts and making you work. If I could give more than 5 stars i would. Highly recommend Pump Time Fitness!!

I’ve been working with Isaac for about six weeks now and I have to say this has been an absolutely wonderful experience. This is my first personal trainer and he is respectful, kind and creates a space where you can feel positive about reaching your goals. He evaluates your training plan by assessing your goals against your current agility and performance. He then pivots and/or provides exercises that align with your progress. He works with your schedule to ensure that you are maintaining the frequency and rest needed to be effective. In the time that I’ve been working out at Pump Time Fitness, I’ve gotten stronger, increased in the weight I’m able to lift and I am starting to see results. I definitely recommend him whether you are more advanced or a beginner like me.
