Love the Indoor Pool at the Sea Colony Freeman Fitness Center! They provide a lot of great classes and activities for every age and fitness level. We have Water Aerobics 3X a week and Water Zumba 2X a week!
Manager & Aquatic Guru - Dave listened to our concerns and requests to open up the second mobility friendly ladder from the pool for Water Aerobics. Though we're not the most fit that regularly go to the fitness center (most of us are seniors & I have a wonky knee) we're trying! So we really appreciate being heard and helped! He's a great guy!
Johanna is also a super Water Aerobics teacher who gives so much to us every week! The life guards at the indoor pool are also helpful and friendly! Just Blessed to have so many super hero people to help us along our aquatic fitness journey.

I was very unimpressed by this facility. I have family in the area that I visit frequently and wanted to get a day pass but I was told no day passes are aloud on holiday weekends. Also, this happened on a Friday evening and the gym was almost completely empty. I do not recommend and I will not be returning.

My family and I purchased passes for our week vacation with sea colony. We went to the pool area and being our first time here we weren’t familiar with their rules. My little one was screamed at for walking quickly several times and didn’t hear the lifeguard. I explained that he didn’t hear her as he has slower processing speed and is not used to being yelled at he didn’t even register what she was saying. Next we went over to the hot tub and we were reading the rules she again starts literally screaming at us that children aren’t allowed in the hot tub. I explained that we were just reading that on the sign and said thank you. She then got off her lifeguard stand and left the pool unattended to threaten me and my family that she was going to call security on us for being rude to her! We were there for all of 5 minutes and left to complain to the manager. This is completely unacceptable behavior, this person should not be allowed to work with the public, absolutely no manners or professionalism as well as super mean toward small children. She was so angry she made us feel very uncomfortable and we will not be returning to this facility. I don’t recommend purchasing a package for this facility from sea colony if you are staying in the condos.

Went to the gym at about 7 pm. It was supposed to be open until 9 pm. They decided to close early due to "conditions". The big snow was the day before. Conditions were better at 7 pm than in the morning. No communication. At least I saved some handicapped lady the walk in from the parking lot. Unprofessional. Surprised. Nothing on Facebook (we follow). No email. No text.

Very good equipment, friendly service most of the time. Recommend swim laps early or late to avoid swim rush hours where it's hard to swim with so many in the lanes.
