If you are looking for a certified trainer to reach your goals this is the man. If you want to become a bodybuilder a CrossFit athlete or you simply just want to be in shape skyforce can help you get there. He gives positive feedback also will push you to your limits with proper etiquette. If you are new he will teach you proper form and technique to resist injury. Also she is a great nutritionist that help you get the macros you desire. Haven't been in the fitness industry for about 10 years if I could pick any one person to be my personal trainer it will be skyforce.

9 months ago I won a raffle for 4 sessions with Sky. Having recently beginning to get back into a workout regime with the goal of gaining energy back to keep up with my young kids. I was looking forward to seeing what kind of pointers and instructions I would get. It was immediately identified that I had some major muscle tightness and imbalances I had not even realized and several stretches and areas of focus to overcome it.
Needless to say the knowledge that were given and variety of workouts I was getting I realized the value was worth it and kept on training. What I appreciated most was that over arching goal from the beginning has been to give me all the tools needed to eventually become sufficient on my own.
After 9 months later I have gone from a scale cresting over 200lbs to now being less than 160lbs. Despite the drastic drop in weight I feel stronger and loading more weights at 43 years old than back in my military days. I’m not only doing, but feeling comfortable, about doing certain weight lifting routines I was always intimidated to try. And most of all I’m easily killing my original goal of keeping up and enjoying life with my crazy energetic kids due to the knowledge and training I’ve been getting with my weekly sessions with Sky.
Long ways to go in the journey but really looking forward to what’s to come.

Sky is an extremely effective and intelligent trainer. After a few months of training with him, several friends and colleagues commented on the visible change in my appearance. Sky has thorough knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, which he uses to determine exactly where you need to focus your efforts based on his observation of your movements. Sky puts together the exact workout you need to improve your overall health and achieve your goals. Since I started training with Sky, the aches and pains in my lower body (from years of overtraining with cardio-focused workouts) have dissipated thanks to these targeted strength workouts. I highly recommend Sky for effective, efficient strength training.

First, I should say I'm older and petite and wanted to gain a better sense of balance as well as muscle strength; and I am not one who enjoys exercise. However, two years ago I started with Sky and I know I have become far stronger and healthier through working with him. I had many trainers when I was younger, and Sky is the first one who truly pays attention to form (and not just that I can lift the weight or whatever which was the primary concern of my past trainers) which gives me a greater sense of confidence. Sky challenges me, but only in ways that are safe. Sky will understand your needs and you will become a more confident, healthier person.

I have been working with Sky for over a year now. I started due to having shoulder issues that flared up when training Muay Thai. I went to PT to fix it and didn't get much better. Sky was able to help me target the area and strengthen it appropriately and the pain I was constantly in has turned into a minor flare up every couple of weeks. I have also gotten into better overall shape and can do things that I couldn't do last year. My kids are happy I can play with them and not be tired so fast. Sky will challenge you every session but you will be better for it.

I compete in endurance events and my training used to focus solely on aerobic conditioning and time on feet/bike. Since I started training with Sky and mixing in strength and anaerobic conditioning, I have not only become stronger and more fit but I have noticed a decline in overuse injuries and an improvement in my recovery time. I would recommend Sky to anyone looking to be more active and fit.

If you are looking for someone to hold you accountable and get you there look no further. I am a figure skater and I DO NOT like strength training, but it is a necessary evil to help me improve in my sport. I started with Sky just because I needed someone to guide me, but he is more than that. I would never push as hard as I do if it wasn’t for him telling me that I can. I went from being weak to now being able to achieve skills on and off the ice that I didn’t think I was capable of. 💪🏻
