Dropped into this gym while in town to visit family. Well equipped (kettle bells, medicine balls, etc.) with very friendly folks. Didn't have to wait for any machines! Will stop in again!

Visited SNAP in Smyrna while in the area for business and it was an incredible experience. The owner, Lashawn was very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of equipment and the facility was clean. Highly recommend this club. Will definitely be stopping in to train when I'm back in the area next month 💪🏻

Place is like a teenage daycare. Too many kids playing on the weights to get a serious workout in. It feels like working out at a high school gym. The Gym is also small with basic equipment so whatever you need is usually occupied unless it’s a treadmill. Gym could also use an equipment update. Stuff in here is so outdated like nothings been upgraded since G.W. Bush was in office. Feels like a free community gym than a paid one.

Friendly staff, great equipment and very clean. Just started back at Snap after 2 years. LaShawn Hillman is the best!! She goes above and beyond in making sure you have proper form using machines and demonstrated standing exercises to help me with core strength! Definitely recommend Smyrna facility.

Just normal people working out. Equipment is in good working order and there's good variety. One downside is that it's a small space and sometimes they have group aerobics classes that can take up quite a bit of space and they are loud. Just bring headphones. One thing I'd like to see is some sort of membership reward pricing plan, for example after one year of continuous membership, discount the following consecutive years or something along those lines to reward customer loyalty.
