They are very rude and don’t care much about the children . My child 7 years old has been attending this gymnastics for over a year, the last time she forgot her water bottle in the car, she went to the front desk lady to ask for water and she gave her a disposable cup and ask her to go get water from the tap( tap water) in the public toilet. I later brought her water bottle and she told me what had happened. I asked the front lady why she asked her to go drink the tap water because I have never given my her tap water and it may contain lead poisoning and she told me “well I drink from the tap water and I also give them to my children” meanwhile there was a pack of water sitting in the office so I asked why she didn’t give her the bottle of water and she said “your child didn’t have money to buy it so I gave her the cup to go get water from the tap” I tried talking to other instructors about the behavior and they were all telling me well she didn’t have money to buy the water and one instructor was rude and disrespectful and walked away when I was talking to her . Two days later I got an email from Sue telling me they have decided my child is no longer welcomed at the gym without any apology for giving my child tap water which may contain lead poisoning. If you act like this in-front of a parent how safe are the children when parent are not around?

Okay, I brought my daughter here for one class. And it was insanely terrible. the bar set fell down while she was on it a spring flung out of the spring board. The beam was not screwed in tight enough and while her coach was spotting her for her back handspring she was talking to a different coach and laughing while spotting her in her back handspring. And I know for a FACT my daughter did express to this coach that she needed a bigger spot since she wasn’t good at back handsprings and was clearly ignored. She fell on her wrist and she left the gym crying. I was not informed she was in THIS much pain in her wrist and I told by a coach what happened exactly until i asked her. Please do better spot training. Will NEVER be coming back.

It's OK. Some things are great. Like the observation area on the second floor for parents. Coaches that training teams are great, dedicated, and really care about their students.
If you are taking regular classes, do not expect much, the same program the whole year. No one is tracking what skills being nailed by what kid, no report cards, not challenging. There are not enough coaches. Most of the time, it feels like a waste of time.

I had my sons birthday party here because we have been for open gym before and he really enjoyed it. We paid for a 90 minute play session. Never once was it explained to me directly when I called to verify or on the website when purchasing that it is not actually a 90 minute session. On the phone when asked, I was told they could play till 6:30. So for $250 its an hour of jump time EXACTLY. Also, we were 5 minutes early to the party and the kids were not aloud to touch the floor until exactly 5 o’clock which I understand but 5 minutes before seriously? There was the foam pit and 2 pieces of equipment on the floor for the kids to play with but it was my husband and other parents dragging equipment out for the kids to play with. I will be calling to hopefully speak to a manager to just understand why there is a miscommunication with information.

Our daughter has been taking a weekly class now for about a year and she loves it! The coaches are great and the classes aren’t to big so it’s personable. Just had our daughters birthday there and it was perfect they had two coaches who helped the kids to some fun games and we loved it!

It all started with a birthday party. Since the pandemic, my daughter has expressed a passion for gymnastics, watching videos online and mimicking them. So I decided to check out all the gyms I could reasonably drive to in Delaware, and this one seemed the best overall. We went, had an amazing party, it was so good, the kids at school were talking about it and texting me for weeks! Some said it was the best kids party they've been to. The staff were super helpful too. And we decided to ask about classes since we liked the atmosphere. She's been here since March and she has fallen more in love with it every class she takes. She's got big goals and aspirations and as long as she has a passion for it, this is where we will be! She's doing back hip circles now, when she couldn't even do a cartwheel months ago. Outstanding! Thanks to the entire team here, we love you guys!

Had a children's birthday party here yesterday (ages ranging from 2.5-5). The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, they were sweet to the kids and supervised, but did not micromanage what they were getting themselves into (like we typically experience at trampoline parks). Parents were allowed to be on the floor with their children to ensure that the littlest ones did not get hurt.
It was much bigger than I expected. eThe pictures online really do not do justice to how large it is/how much fun equipment is there. Multiple trampolines, foam pit with a huge rope above it, bars, numerous balance beams, foam climby things, sit-on scooters.... too much to list.
The "observation area" is big and clean. There is plexiglass on the railing so you can sit down and still see everyone playing. Tables and chairs were provided and we were allowed to decorate/set up fifteen minutes prior to the party. Outside food was allowed (we got Polisenos Pizza and the white pizza was a hit).
I have never hosted a children's birthday party before and I was mentally prepared for the whole thing to be a chaotic mess. I was so very wrong and everyone had a phenomenal time. We will be booking another party here in the future. Thank you so much.

My sister had a trial class and learned more in 1 hour than she learned at another local gymnastic facility in 4 months. Instruction was hands on yet supportive. Very organized. They offer a nice observation deck for parents to watch. Highly recommended for gymnasts looking to move to the next level!

My girl scout troop just had their 4th end of year party here at stick it! They request it every year and always have a blast with the equipment and laser tag. Tracey in the office is always friendly and helpful making the reservations and the girls on the the floor are attentive and hands on with the scouts. I highly recommend!

My Girls have been coming here for a few months and have never done anything outside of school and came with no experience... They’re no Olympic gymnasts but they look forward to class every day in between them... They’ve learned additional forms of discipline, dedication, enthusiasm, and a boost in self esteem... They love the coaches and I appreciate their patience and attempts at giving one on one attention... Every question I come up with is answered promptly, professionally, and politely... I just added an extra class for my daughter every week... Money well spent and the price is better than other gyms I researched.... Great Gym 💪🏾 🤸♀️

My daughter has been coming here for over a year now and is in the competitive program. I love how they have a great balance of pushing the girls to succeed, yet still constantly finding new ways for them to have fun! The coaches really emphasize teamwork in what can sometimes seem a individualized sport and i really appreciate that! The motto is to enjoy the journey and as a parent you see them teach that day in and day out!

The woman who runs the office, Tracey has absolutely no customer service skills. She is rude and her communication is terrible. Response time to emails is SLOW, yet she expects responses to her emails immediately. Glad we never OFFICIALLY joined this gym. Spent 3 months communicating and visiting this gym and unfortunately it was a complete waste of time.

I had 2 children enrolled in this gym over the last year and a half, my son who was enrolled in the advanced Parkour classes was constantly with intermediate students mixed in. These students who were not on the same level physically or mentally caused undo stress and many class disruptions. I took the time to change his class schedule due to one student in particular, although I had already complained several times concerning negative behavior on this other student.
On the evening of August 19th, my son was in class when this particular student came in half way, there was an altercation, if words were exchanged I wasn't aware of it at the time. (I had already been to the front office 2x this evening concerning his class) I noticed my son walking off the floor and his comment was I'm done, this due to the behavior of this other child. While walking out of the building my son came in contact with this student and pushed him out of the way, (I wasn't right there, but I heard him say keep moving) at this point this other child's grandparents became involved and of course it was all blamed on my son, again I had complained other times about this student.
When calling the gym the next day I was informed due to my son's lack of respect, refusal to perform what the (teenage, lazy coach) was asking, display of anger in leaving that he was no longer welcome in the building. I'd like to point out that I was in fact there during the entire class and my son did everything he was asked to do. Yes, I pulled him out as well as my daughter due to the lack of response or respect to my concerns for my son while in this gym. I've never seen a gym that has such a huge turn over in coach's/employees, maybe that's what the problem is I don't know but coming from a parent of a child who has never had a disciplinary problem in school I find their resolution to August 19th unacceptable. When I asked about the other student, their response was, oh we'll talk to his parents as well. Horrible experience, I encourage all parents to look at other area gyms. *My son had at least 6 coach changes during the time he was enrolled. K. Fansler

We did a PreK class through Kent Parks and Rec. The four-class month was very repetitive - the kids did the same thing every time (stretched, jump in the center of trampoline, water break, go through little course, water break, swing and fall in a foam pit. For a 45 min class, two water breaks were unnecessary. The teachers all seem like high school age. They didn't learn any gymnastics skills except for the one class where they actually got to practice the balance beam. No somersaults, tumbling, etc. Very disappointing. Also the facility smells mildewy and sweaty; the upstairs (where parents can sit and watch) doesn't have enough chairs for the parents and the chairs all seem like they are going to break underneath you at any moment.
