Josh has been fantastic. I had a neck injury in 2024, and once I was cleared by PT, I started working with him to regain the strength I'd lost. Josh collaborated with my physical therapist to make sure my workouts progressed at a safe pace and intensity. Josh encourages me to listen to my body and communicate how I'm feeling. Workouts are challenging, never boring, and take into consideration my specific goals. I had such great things to say about Josh that my mom (I'm 45 and she's 65) is now his client. We work out with him 4 times a week and can't say enough good things about him not only as a trainer, but also as a person.

I’ve been training with Josh for almost seven months and couldn’t be more satisfied with the results I’ve seen. During our consultation, Josh understood the goals I was aiming to achieve with his services which was weight gain, more strength, and muscling toning and had a plan mapped out that would get me exactly there. Each month that I train with him, I continue to see more results which is super rewarding and I know money well spent. Get with Josh if you’re ready to achieve your goals!

Josh is a great trainer. The only way you won’t see results is if you aren’t putting in the work on YOUR end. I’ve been with Josh for 3 months and my body is morphing. It would probably have happened much faster if I had my eating together right away, but I like a little snacky snack sometimes.

Pros:
- Josh is very knowledgeable. He’ll educate you. There’s no doubt that this man knows his stuff! He knows how the body works, its muscles, nutrition, everything.
- He doesn’t force or advocate for outside trends. Just show up, do the work and EAT right. He’s not big on pre workout or all that other stuff so you CAN obtain results with him, without all of that. Save your coins!
- He motivates: Even when you think you can’t do something, next thing you know, you’re doing it.
- He asks for honest feedback, which shows he also wants to improve! He asks your goals, he gives you your own plan for YOUR body and your personal goals. You’re able to tweak where you want.
- RESULTS RESULTS RESULTS.

Cons: Everybody loves him so it gets way too crowded and you don’t receive that 1:1 training depending on the time of day that you come.

Multiple continuous pros, 1 con. The math is mathing!

That time of the year when reviews are due :)

I have never trained with a trainer in last 25 years but I can clearly see what I have been missing this whole time.
Josh is a great trainer:
- He focuses on you
- Pushes you
- Makes sure you are not cheating any set
- Reels you in by telling it will be an easy day and then there is a surprise element somewhere hiding :)
- Best is when he starts thinking in front of you with hand signs and then he comes out on the fly with an interesting exercise :)
- Accommodating with time changes here and there
- Keeps the place organized around you
- Gives you exercises which looks stupid and easy at first but trust me its an illusion, it catches up pretty fast

Negatives:
- Would appreciate if there 2-3 people max training at the same time.

Overall - an amazing trainer, worth giving a shot if you are even thinking of hiring a trainer. 100% worth the time and money.

I have been training with Josh for a couple of weeks now. I find Josh to be knowledgeable about muscle groups and knowledgeable about the way different exercises impact our muscle groups. He demonstrates all body-weight and machine-driven exercises. He keeps an eye on my diet to make sure it’s intact. Josh pushes and encourages me every single day. He is happy and positive, and his laughter is infectious. I highly recommend Josh as a personal trainer.

I am entering my 7th month training with Josh and could not recommend his training services more! I train with Josh 5x a week and I really enjoy how flexible he is with scheduling. There is pretty much a time slot that works for anyone! Josh has helped me to feel more confident in my form and helps me stay accountable. Even outside of the gym, he helps me stay accountable with my nutrition goals and even workouts I can do while on vacation. In addition, the entire gym community is super welcoming and friendly!

Highly Recommend!

I been able to train with Josh for a few weeks, and have noticed toning in muscle and lost 5 pounds within these two weeks of training. I have experienced various trainers and their methods that were not catered for my body. Josh listens, and assist you through the training to make sure you are safe, and killing the reps.

Zack is the perfect trainer that offers some of the best one on ones for any level of fitness. He encourages and push your limits to bring out your inner champ. The lab is the second home and being able to condition with no limits around a family oriented group makes 5 ams so productive. Josh is an excellent trainer! I have been training with him for a little over a year now. He helps me to understand the proper form to use while performing new exercises, so that I am able to push myself to reach my body goals. He stands strong on his mission of helping a person reach their fitness goals, but still makes the gym fun and not so intimidating if you are a beginner. When I completed my consultation with Josh, I told him my fitness goals and he delivered and I continue to see the results I want. I am happy with my decision to train with Josh, he holds me accountable to stick to my workout plan and will not let me give up, although sometimes I want to, lol (not really). If you are serious about training and/or have weight loss or muscle toning goals, this is the place to be!

Josh gives Next level training and clearly knows how to get you in shape and you really feel like you’re in the Lab. The environment is inviting but focused, everyone is there to work, not intimidating but invigorating.

I told him about my goals and our during our first training session, I recognized that I’m going reach them sooner than expected. Time to aim higher I guess lol! Don’t come here in you don’t plan on working though, Josh don’t play that. Looking forward to working with him more and will be providing updates.
