Train Hard Win Big is an Athletic Training Center to help athletes improve performance through intense workouts designed to improve speed, agility, power and strength. We also train adults to help them reach their goals. We also have a early morning adult class designed to build muscle and burn fat, “Suck It Up” .

Ive been going to Train Hard Win Big since I was in high school with my soccer team. I am currently going into my junior year of college and go 2/3 times a week. Barry and Tommy have helped me become a better athlete over the years and would recommend them to anyone looking to play sports at a higher level! I've made an amazing transformation over the years!

My 11 year old daughter has been training with Barry for 14 weeks. She goes 2 nights a week 2 hours per night. Barry has a training program for any athlete looking to build strength, speed and agility not to mention whats most important train to prevent sports injuries.
With my daughter being 11 years old, Barry has a program tailored around the sport she plays (Softball) that I has shown results with strength and conditioning. Her self esteem has heighten and her competitiveness has increases as she is noticing the differences.
I am very impressed with this program and the training and results Barry has made on my daughter. I highly recommend considering this program for any age atheletes or if you just want to get in shape yourself...it works!!!

Barry and Tommy are the best you're going to find. All I have to do is show up, give feedback, and they take care of the rest. Friendly and professional, they helped me really turn around my overall state of health and fitness while making it an enjoyable process. The workouts are tailored for me, we track progress and Tommy even managed to help me with diet guidance that I actually followed! I've tried other gyms before, but not until THWB did I really find myself motivated to progress and change my lifestyle to do it.

Originally, I thought I would simply offload accountability to them so I would show up and get a good workout in. Tommy taught me how to be accountable to myself and push beyond my preconceived assumptions of what I thought I was capable of. It was a paradigm shift I needed, and has helped both inside and outside the gym.

Can't say enough good things about THWB. Barry and Tommy will design a well balanced workout regime to help you develop greater core strength, improved cardio conditioning and toned/symmetrical muscle mass. I've been working with Tommy for 4 months and feel better than ever (physically and mentally). I've lost 10lbs and at 50 years old I can see my abs again!! This is no planet fitness. These guys will motivate you, and if you're willing to commit to the program there's no question you will see results.

I began working with Barry about six months ago, after a referral from a friend. I hadn’t committed to a serious workout regime in a couple of years, so I was fairly out of shape. Barry and I worked together to customize my program. I tore an ACL back in high school and was very nervous to do anything involving strong impact. Barry started me off slowly with basic strength-training, light cardio, core work and balance; my routines have since intensified.

Not only are Barry and his staff great trainers, but they’re also wonderful motivators. They are a constant encouragement and go above and beyond to make sure I am successful with my program. They have assisted me with my diet plan and workouts on my off days (I attend two sessions weekly). Since I began my training, I’ve dropped a little more than forty pounds, while simultaneously building muscle.

At 24, I am the healthiest I’ve ever been. I came to Barry with virtually zero lifting experience and (to me at least) equally as much upper body strength. I am so appreciative of everyone at Train Hard Win Big for the dedication they’ve shown me!

I started working with Barry two years ago and would highly recommend his program for adults (I'm 48) who want to get in shape. Barry provides a very comprehensive program -- it is not simply strength-trraining; he also focuses on stretching, balance, aerobic fitness, and more. He does a great job of motivating you and keeping you on task, but he also listens to your feedback and modifies the routines as needed.
In addition, Barry does a wonderful job with young people. My son, a 3 sport athlete in high school (football, basketball, and lacrosse), worked with Barry throughout his four years and benefitted tremendously in terms of strength, conditioning, flexibility, and agility. High school athletic programs are demanding, but the additional investment of time with Barry made a big difference in his performance in every sport.
