Trainers are excellent with skills, experience, knowledge and human dynamic, and are able to read their clients well and know when to push and when not to push. Scheduling is also efficient and accurate, and they understand we have busy lives if we need to cancel, postpone or reschedule. Best part is liking the staff as the decent, caring people that they are.

First let me say that I hate gyms, and it took my friend and the staff at 1 TO 1 almost two years before I even tried it. And it was like nothing I had experienced before. It is a calm, very professional environment. I was met by the manager, Jason, who did my evaluation. I never felt like I was the only one needing help getting in shape-and healthy. They worked out a plan, and then each time I came in, my trainers worked from that plan to do strengthening exercises to help with my week knee, and strengthening exercises to keep me from injuring myself in the future. I have worked primarily with Andrew and Sabrina, and can't say enough about their knowledge, skill, personality and commitment.

The studio is in an impressive office building just steps from Metro Center. The locker rooms are well stocked and impeccable, as is the rest of the facility. There are people of all ages and skill sets. Very easy to feel part of the family.
