The owner of this place is a full on CREEP. As a woman when you go to the gym you should feel safe and comfortable in a place that can seem vulnerable when working on your physical fitness. I felt extremely UNCOMFORTABLE and SCARED. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially women. Sis, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I signed up for the six week challenge program with Corey in June with a goal of losing 25lbs. Now after 6 weeks of training and meal prepping, I am that much closer to my goal. I couldn’t make 25lbs due to having less time for outside training, but nonetheless I am extremely happy and pleased with the progress I made and, albeit slowly, continue to make. The program was reasonably priced, even on a student budget, and Corey made the entire process of getting situated easy. Workouts were very intensive and also very well coordinated. If adjustments needed to be made Corey would help every step of the way and do his best to adjust so you can focus on reaching your goal. The added benefit of having an accountability group also helps tremendously when things might seem to get tough. Highly recommend giving Corey a call or a visit, he does great work!

I just took Corey’s iSpin class this morning for the first time. I didn’t know what to expect and was a bit nervous. I’m happy to say he conducted the class in a format that I could follow virtually, he maintained an encouraging and personalized interaction with each participant and with each movement, the movements were ABS-KICKING, and Corey ensured I put in the work when it was tough... which it was! I've taken a ton of "live on demand" classes and this one, by far, was THE MOST Challenging. I burned so many calories in 30 minutes, it was almost unbelievable. Plus he's a great instructor and motivator. Don't waste your time killing yourself for an hour somewhere else. Take Corey's class for 1/2 the time. You'll thank me later .

They are always different and I feel so much stronger. The best part about this program though is the tailored meal plan which isn’t like anything I’ve done before. Updated version: I stumble on their company on an advertised video post on Instagram that offered FREE WORK OUT FOR SIX WEEK to *women only*. It is best known as the Six Week Challenge. Of course it was FREE and knowing how expensive fitness centers can be, I jumped on the occasion and called them. Unfortunately , I went straight to the voicemail but they (Corey) called me back, asked few questions (workout habits, if I was able to afford the then $199 REFUNDABLE hold that will be placed on my card during the 6 weeks to which I agree. At that point they scheduled an appointment for me to meet Corey on a one-on-one where he explained more about the SIX WEEK CHALLENGE. ***SPOILER: IT IS NOT FREE * because they do take money from your account: $499 plus admin fees to be refunded after successful completion of the program.(payment installment available). You actually sign a document that bound you to the contract. From different conversations exchanged with other women in the same program as me at that time, I noticed that we were not all fitness experts and from experience: routine doesn't happen overnight. (maybe that was the reason why we easily bought into the FREE but NOT FREE program).

The work out and meal plan was good: 3 times per weeks of work out with weight-in on Tuesday. 3 meals per day to share on social media for accountability.

Now, my work schedule changed and I also had some life events happening which I initially shared with both trainers. It unfortunately didn't give me the opportunity to catch up on days I missed. which by the way was graciously offered to me by Corey and Shawn.

Upon completion of the six week challenge, I tried on numerous occasion to reach out to know the whereabouts of the refund. After many "I will call you back instances",I was first told approximately a month after by Corey "the request was put in to billing for refund". I waited for another 8 days and still no refund showing , I decided to call and I was finally told that because I didn't loose the total number of pound they advertised "25 lbs in six weeks" I wasn't going to get my refund of approximately $499 excluding admin fees. We went back and forth on the reasons and Corey finally offered to give me membership credit to catch up on days I missed , an offered I declined because I am at a different place in my life currently and a 39 min. drive to a gym down in Washington, DC wasn't beneficial at this point. He didn't offer other alternatives, not even refunding a portion of the money. BUT IT IS ALL FINE since the contract involved the whole amount and not half.

Money wise, Would I recommend the FREE SIX WEEK CHALLENGE to anyone? NO NO NO because it is not FREE AT ALL. it will cost you more than $500.

Fitness wise, I would recommend Belin, they have good fitness machines and trainers but again IT IS NOT FREE.

Since writing a review was part of my signed agreement with Corey as well as depositing $500 or so. I told Corey I would write my honest review so other "women" know exactly what to expect. He asked me to focus on the program and the meal plan which is good but I believe I had to mention the money side as well.

NOW it is left to you as you read to decide on what decision you want to make for yourself.

When I first started my 6 weeks, I thought to myself "there is no way I am going to make my goal"....not only did I make my goal, but not only did I meet it, I exceeded it. S/O to coach Sean and Corey for helping to make this happen. The best part of this program, the food part is not a DIET, rather it helps you form habits for a better LIFESTYLE. There is no way I could have done this on my own. I would highly recommend the 6-week program to anyone who is interested in losing weight, but don't know where to start or need the accountability/motivation.

I started the program at 194 pounds confident in Corey’s program but hesitant in my own abilities. 6 weeks later I am 20+ pounds down, my clothes are too big and I feel amazing. I participated in the 6 week challenge with BS&F, and it an amazing, uplifting, and empowering experience. My trainer Corey Belin pushed me harder than I ever pushed myself. He showed me that I was stronger than I thought when it came to training. When I wanted to pick up a 10 lb weight, he would give me a 20 lb weight and motivate me to complete the required set. By the end of my challenge, I would go straight to the 25 lb, if not higher. I used to struggle with consistency when it came to working out and eating. This program motivated me to strive for excellence when it came to my body. I would recommend this program to any and everyone!

Oh, I forgot to mention that I lost 7.2% body fat during my challenge. The proof is in the pudding!

I was tasked with loosing 25lbs and my total weight loss upon completion was 31.2lbs! Corey Belin was my trainer and he is truly a gift. My experience with Corey's bootcamp has been a positive and rewarding one. If you want results, he offers the necessary structure and guidance to help you achieve them.

I first met Coach Corey about 3 months ago after my doctor told me I was overweight and needed to lose weight. Corey does special classes every month and the first classes I attended happened to be yoga. I remember telling him that I hated yoga and would skip it and come back to his night class. Of course, Corey convinced me to stay and give it a try. I did just that and ended up really enjoying the class.

In the time that I’ve worked out with him, Corey has pushed me to the next level and never let me quit. I look forward to each workout because I know that I will receive quality coaching that allows me to burn a significant amount of calories by the end of the session.

Corey is passionate about helping clients and is committed to empowering them to achieve their goals. I highly recommend Corey to anyone looking to make a lifestyle change and become a better version of themselves.

Great and attentive instructor that challenges you beyond any group instructor I've come across but he does it so well! The only reason why I stopped going to his class was because it's too far away and I hit bad rush hour traffic going in that direction very easily.

I thought I was in pretty good shape until I took his class and it really humbled me. If you are truly looking to challenge yourself and get great results in terms of not only your looks but your physical fitness, take his class! I need to find something similar that is much closer and would probably take the Insanity or Tabitha at my local gym, which kind of mimics his boot camp style class. His class is never the same drill and he adds a good amount of variety every time.

You don't want to coast through your fitness routines and/or random classes, you want something that pushes you out of your comfort zone at least a few times per week. Otherwise, you'll just remain stagnant or even go backwards in progress.

Corey was very much a true challenger but also showed patience and understanding and did not talk down to me and rip me apart like a drill sergeant in the military. I am sure if I had continued with his classes, I would've been in the best shape of my life within a few months tops, but I stayed for just the month.

I signed up with Berlin Sport & Fitness after my previous trainer moved away. I was somewhat weary of the boot camp/group fitness model but to my surprise, the classes have never been more than 5-6 people and Cory does an excellent job and making sure everyone gets personalized attention to their form and fitness level.

One thing that really impresses me about Cory is his determination and dedication to his craft. Having numerous trainers in the past, Cory really stands out in his dedication to the art of fitness and is genuinely invested in his clients. To that point, I was the only one who showed up this past Monday for the class and rather that cancel the class or do some half hearted routine, Cory worked with me the entire hour and showed personal interest in my eating and training habits. What can I not say about this boot camp. The trainers are the BEST I have worked with so far. The workouts are amazing, challenging, different and fun. I lost 10 pounds my 1st month training at BS&F.

I can't say enough amazing things about The trainer and his approach to fitness. I used to be a Groupon junkie and would just try new classes each month. The trainer is engaged, well-organized, knowledgeable, and motivated. Each day focuses on a different type of exercise. This way, sessions never get repetitive or stagnate. Modifications are provided as needed, so people of all shapes and sizes can safely participate. Feedback is provided via a weight and measurement app. Pricing is fair and very reasonable. Many of the sessions are outdoors, which is a welcome change. If you're "on-the-fence" about joining, talk to a bootcamp trainer. This solidified my decision to participate. I regret waiting so long!

“Corey, when I start whining in the classes and quit to do the exercises, will you drag my behind and make me do it?” He responded “Yes, ma’m”. Long story short, that’s how he convinced me to take a trial class.

Then I thought that I could get away by saying “I can’t run”, “I was never able to do a hand stand when I was 16 years old, at age 33, I did it! ”… “Push-ups only available if hips go first and sit-ups if you lock my feet.”

It turns out that I was wrong…
When I quit running after two minutes because of the pain, he said “That’s called a cramp and if you continue to run, INSTEAD OF STOPPING, and slightly incline your body towards that side, you will be fine.” But there’s more… My procrastination makes me walk instead of run between exercises on site; one day he told campers that we had 10 seconds to grab a mat. I was tired and walked to the site, and as a result I was the last person to arrive. I took an extra five seconds and because of me, he made everybody run. That’s right. Do you think making folks run because of me is bad? Listen to this. One day, I hesitated to jump with both feet at the same time from the floor to a truck tire, and he made everybody do push-ups in front of me until I actually overcame my fear of falling on the floor. But his classes can get intellectual. For example, he put American music on and asked me to guess the name of the bands while everybody did sit-ups. Sounds simple, right? The only problem is that I am a foreigner, temporarily living in the U.S. and have zero knowledge on American music.

Lessons to be learned from here;
I am 33 years old, but many of the campers are between 40-60years old. If you are able to survive after the first class, you will probably be able to go again once a week. And when you start going once a week, you will want to go two and three times. You learn the importance of discipline, fear is nothing but a mind blocker, and how you can do everything that you set your mind to.

Three months have passed and I have gained consistent sleeping patterns, didn’t lose weight on the scale but the pics show a new figure (girls, you gotta love this), stress and toxins release, and always start my day with a task done – 1hour of boot camp.

From 1 to 10, Corey Belin is a 10. He will help you to rise to the challenge with flawless execution. If you doubt me, come for a trial. I will be wearing my Portugal Jersey, it reads Joana on the back, I tend to be the last of everything, which is quite different than being a quitter.

This is by far the best boot camp I have tried in the DC area. I have been going to the boot camp classes for almost a year. I have really noticed the change and improvement in my body. I'm a lot stronger and more toned. Corey Belin who is the personal trainer is a great motivator. Even though it is in a group setting, he makes you feel as if you are getting personal training one on one. Corey is original and always come up with challenging and fun routines so that the classes are never boring. As a bonus, he also works out with you on weekends in preparation for races. Come and try one of his classes and you will be hooked!

Outstanding results in less amount of time! When I first tried B&S fitness I was skeptical with the 11-day fitness goal challenge. However, after 11 days I lost a total of 13 pounds and gain lean muscle that I could see! When I first started with Belin Sport & Fitness... I really never ran past 20 seconds. My first day at boot-camp, I have never ran so much in my life. I thought I was literally going to die. Cory showed no sympathy for my pain and would even push me to do more. A month into the program... I was able to run a few blocks and even up a hill. I would have never been able to build up my endurance without Cory pushing me. Love that everyone is his class are always motivating each other.
