Circle Yoga is wonderful. The teachers and staff are warm and welcoming, and their guiding expertise is exceptionally high quality. The variety of classes span every interest and need, and the policies and pay structure are all embracing. It is a place that makes you feel good, and that you can feel good about.

Circle yoga is wonderful. The studio, staff and teachers enabled virtual yoga practice during the pandemic, which was so essential, and have continued to offer virtual classes as well as hybrid and in studio. One beloved teacher - Rob- has remained with the studio teaching virtually after he moved across country. Thank goodness!

Circle Yoga never ceases to be amazing. The quality of teachers is always top notch. Wendy βs Level 2 flow yoga is has been my favorite the last few years. I love that it is both challenging but safe for my mid-50s body !

Linda Feldman, at Circle Yoga, is an excellent yoga teacher and lovely person. She explains how to modify postures to meet your needs while providing a challenging class of exercises. In addition her class is fun and soothing.
Circle Yoga provides an appropriate showcase for Lindaβs talents, including lots of inclusive activities, and multiple class choices on schedule, level of challenge, and venue (in person and on line). Iβm thankful I was attracted to Circle Yoga during the pandemic by Lindaβs reputation and their flexible policies.

Delores Simmons class was a wonderful experience. Her training, experience, and skills were on full display as she accommodated a variety of needs and levels in her class. She's a master teacher whose advice I'll seek as a newby yoga teacher myself.

I take Yoga Flow 1-2 with Alice. She is a remarkably fine teacher, as evidenced in her full classes. Her approach is "dancerly" and engaging with well chosen music. At the end of her class, one feels a positive state of mind, no doubt furthered by her calm, deep charisma.

I've been coming twice a week to Circle Yoga . On Monday, I have Anna, who teaches Balance and Stability . On Wednesday I take 1-2 yoga with Leyla . They are both great teachers. Warm and have a way of relaxing you .
The classes are well paced but not athletic as in Vinyasa flow or Hot yoga. They have blankets, blocks and chairs that are used during class . These props are essential if you need some help with balance or flexibility
So happy that I came across this yoga studio . The facilities are great. Very clean and modern .

Kids Yoga Teacher Training
A month has passed since my experience in Lindaβs Kids Yoga Teacher Training at Circle Yoga and I feel the grandiosity of it sinking in more and more each day.
Our immersive weekend in the teachings has led me to experience life differently with the children around me, it has also opened opportunities for teaching in our community and the confidence in what I can offer.

This studio offers a lot of options for classes that fit individual needs. Itβs not cheap and not close by to me, but I am still happy to go! Iβve been going to the prenatal yoga classes, which is a class rarely offered by yoga studios in the DC area. Friendly staff and professional instructors that make me feel safe and welcomed!!

I completed the kids yoga teacher training in April. Linda is a wonderful teacher! She has so much experience that she is willing to share. The training was lots of fun but also informative. I feel ready to teacher the kiddos now.

I simply adore Circle Yoga. I have attended classes here since arriving in the area and the selection of available classes is amazing. The teachers are all friendly and knowledgeable, they always ensure you feel welcome as soon as you enter the class be it online or in person.
I recently attended a training course for teaching yoga to kids. It was intense but great fun and really well led.
I would highly recommend Circle Yoga as a space to practice.

I felt joy walking in to Circle Yoga for my first in-person class in years! It has been my yoga home for decades because of the excellence in teaching, variety of classes and aesthetic of the space. The New(ish) Pharmacy studies is just beautiful.

The prenatal and postpartum classes were fantastic. Elizabeth is absolutely wonderful - she provided a calm, thoughtful and relaxing environment where you could address aches and pains and ask questions about pregnancy and labour. She made such a difference to my pregnancy. My first class with Stephanie at c.24 weeks felt transformational. I could move much more easily for two days afterwards. Definitely worth trying! Itβs also been great to meet other mums in studio that was respectful of COVID protocols.

This has been my yoga studio since 2010 and I'm so grateful for it. The studio's attentiveness to our well being and safety is among its many attributes. Instructors are extremely skillful for all levels of students. Being a co-op is added bonus! CY has managed through this pandemic offering Zoom classes that kept us all going. There is simply no other yoga studio in the DC metro area to compare to its variety of classes, skill level and management. Anyone interested in beginning/returning to yoga or expanding their yoga practice, this is the place for you.

I began going to Circle Yoga remotely during the pandemic. I live in Virginia and would never be able to have access to the studio. It is fantastic! I specifically enjoy yoga Nidra and gentle yoga. The instructors are top-notch and class feels like a community. I would not go anywhere else! It is well worth the money.

We absolutely love Circle Yoga and have been taking classes for years! My almost 12 year old daughter has always been treated with kindness, compassion and love. The summer camp is the best! They incorporate art, movement, and positive self-awareness. I highly recommend this beautiful establishment.

The amazing teachers and welcoming community at Circle Yoga have been transformative for me. At Circle Yoga I have been supported through pregnancy (pre-natal yoga); I met my doula (x3 children!); developed some of my closest friendships (postpartum mama's circle), and am now recommitting to my health and wellness through their variety of holistic courses. I am so grateful to have Circle Yoga as a partner through all stages of my growth!

Circle Yoga is a terrific place to practice yoga - safe, welcoming, and inclusive. I took in-person classes for many years before the pandemic and appreciated their experienced teachers, lovely studio, and willingness to learn and evolve over time. It absolutely isn't a "scene" the way some DC studios can be. They have worked so hard to pivot and pivot again during the pandemic, and are now offering both excellent online and in-person classes (with safety front of mind).

I've been going to Circle Yoga since 2012 and am still impressed by the quality of the teachers, the wide variety of classes to choose from and the overall experience of the studio. The teachers are knowledgeable, careful to prevent injury and the staff is friendly and responsive. During the pandemic their pivot to zoom classes was a lifesaver. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Circle Yoga isn't only a yoga studio. It is a community of caring, involved individuals. The teachers and students are invested in each other and the world around them. It has been a lifeline for me throughout the pandemic, as they navigated the safety protocols and made decisions to keep the studio running and the community safe. I am back in person and it feels great to be there live with my wonderful teachers and classmates!

Circle Yoga is an incredible studio. The staff is very warm and welcoming, and the studio is open and clean. I was drawn to the studio because they were one of the few in the DC area that offered in-person prenatal yoga classes. I felt safe with vaccine and mask requirements in place. The instructor, Jen, is amazing and offers modifications to help each individual.

I went to my first in-person yoga class today in 3.5 years at Circle Yoga. I was a little nervous because it had been so long and my body is very different than the last time I practiced (I've had 2 babies since then + the pandemic happened!) Also, I realized on my way there that I had forgotten to bring a mask.
From the moment I walked in, everyone at Circle Yoga made me feel confident and welcome. The person at the front desk quickly checked me in and gave me a disposable mask. The class itself was 75 minutes. At first I thought it was a little slow (lots of stretching), but it heated up and I was sweating by the end. I feel so lucky to have Circle Yoga in my neighborhood & definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to practice in a respectful and positive place.

I take a class with my toddler and the instructor is AMAZING! Not only is she incredibly accommodating and patient, she's also great at planning classes that are engaging to the age group.
I started it as a "let's see how it goes" and I've already signed up for the next session.

Circle Yoga on North Hampton in WDC is just simply the best. I have been to several yoga studios on both East and West coast. There is an especially genuine caring atmosphere at Circle to help find our own body rhythms and mental well being. Each teacher has a unique method and gift. I have experience sessions with several of the instructors and find this to be true of each one's commitment to helping us as students create strong bodies and tranquil minds. It is a safe and invigorating environment. How lucky I am to have relocated to the WDC area and find Circle Yoga.

This is the best yoga studio! I've been attending classes here for about 6 years, and I can't say enough positive things about my experiences there. The teachers are very professional, the atmosphere is relaxed and supportive, and the class offerings are varied and thorough. I've tried yoga classes in a number of studios in the DC metro area, and I enjoy this one the most because the focus is on what's best for you as opposed to being a competitive yoga environment. I also really appreciate how much the teachers are focused on alignment and not speed of the yoga flow. I've learned a lot about my body and how to promote my overall well-being. I highly recommend this studio!

I have been taking classes at Circle Yoga for 4 years and can't recommend it highly enough. Bonnie Foote is a wonderful instructor for beginners--warm, funny, endlessly supportive, while always encouraging progress. The make-up policy is generous so I have had classes with many other teachers and have been impressed with the range of approaches and styles. None has disappointed.

I've done a consistent yoga practice for 15+ yrs., about 8 at CY In my younger years I tried Bikram (too hot and dangerous!), Forrest (toes always up!), Ashtanga (too athletic!), Iyengar (too fussy!) and then found the co-ooperative, CY...ah, a breath of fresh air. Yoga at all levels, for all bodies, for all abilities, taught with excellent instructors, mindfully caring. A true gift to our community!
