This is a great yoga studio in the DuPont circle. Took a class with Isaac - and it was great. I used the MINDBODY app to sign up for the class, pay for the class, and schedule it. The studio is on the second floor so you have to go up some stairs.

I had my first ever yoga class here with Mayu, booked through ClassPass. I was a bit nervous and didn’t know what to expect but everything was great.

The class ended up being very small, just four people to the whole studio. I felt lucky to get so much personalized attention. Will definitely come back!

"It is like coming home." I practiced here when I used to live in the DMV. I loved being able to continue my practice while in the area visiting this week. The instructors are supportive. They are able to manage all body types and skill levels. Even when the class is full, the environment doesn't feel constricted. I did the Restorative and Yin practices. Highly recommend without any reservations.

Wanted to try with friends in town. Never got a response to an email or phone call. Location seems great but that is about all I can add.

Just arrived to Washington DC and finding a yoga studio was my number 1 priority and I think I found it! I am very please so far with the teachers and the studio is nice and warm.

I arrived with nearly no time before class but the instructor Mana welcomed me quickly and made me feel comfortable, answering my questions and even coming to me at the very back of the room in the beginning of the class so she could know if I’m a beginner. Her class was great and I enjoyed her teaching style and the studio’s ambience very much. Can’t wait to keep coming!

Very weird experience at this studio. Apron arriving and knocking, the instructor opened the door and stared at me without blinking,
Greeting and introducing or letting me in. He just stood at the doorway staring until I broke the silence and introduced myself like, “so
Um, should I pop in?”
His vibe was down hill from there, a lot of small things that triggered my gut feeling…
I was hesitant to review but I’m going to. Then when I left my favorite yoga studio and called within minutes and then 2 times the next day with a voice mail, nobody answered.

It’s a beautiful studio though.

I miss heading to classes at DCY. The space is simple but serene. Teachers are skilled, helpful and most importantly, respectful. Having had a few bad experiences with what seem to be ego-driven yoga teachers/studios, a space like Dupont is not to be missed!

This yoga studio is located in a very cute neighborhood. I was visiting DC and took a deep flow class with Peter. I was deeply impressed by his teaching and really appreciate how he helped push my body just a little bit further to reach positions I wasn’t able to before. If you live in the area, or are just visiting (like me), I highly recommend you checking this place out. Plus, they have very attractive rate for first timers. There’s changing room and yoga mats you can use. So you don’t have to bring anything.

P.S. their sister studio Georgetown Yoga, which I checked out during my last visit to DC was also very nice.

Did $10 first timer class w Moriah and she slayed. This place has good vibes, mats to borrow, and a flow sequence that has me feeling so good. Get to it.

Relaxing, clean yoga studio. The instructor, Nathan, was very knowledgeable about both the poses and provided modifications were beginners. Unlike some studios, preference was not given to the more advanced students.
Teacher: Nathan's modifications took the poses to another level and he spread out the modifications among the students in the class.
Temperature: The class had good air-conditioning which was necessary given the sweltering DC heat

They offer quite a few new student offers, including the first month for $48 (what a steal!)

My favorite yoga center in the Dupont area. The space is cozy, clean and comfortable and I like their vinyasa classes. The prices are also quite competitive, the best bang for your buck in the area
