I have LOVED F45 Capitol Hill both for the workouts and the people. The coaches (& manager Celina) are amazing-super nice and helpful but also challenge you to get a better workout. The other members are friendly and it really makes it enjoyable to come workout & feel like a part of a group. The studio is clean and everything is always organized & on time. This has been by far the best workout experience I’ve had (& been able to stick with). Highly recommend!

I have loved the last 6 weeks of training at F45 in Capitol Hill! It’s super approachable - they work with you and help with any modification you might need. It doesn’t feel super intense like some workout classes, but instead just fun and genuine people trying to get a good workout in. I’d highly recommend it!

I’ve been a member for 2 months now, I came from OTF and because my best friend joined a few months before me and raved and raved about the workout & instructors here. She also told me how much she loved the community and how friendly the other members are. I can confirm that she was 100% correct. I’ve had the chance to take class with Celina, Kendrick, Ben, Martin & Katie multiple times now and unlike at OTF there isn’t one instructors vibe that I don’t love. They all go out of their way to correct your form when needed, encourage you, and create an amazing experience. The workouts are challenging, innovative, & constantly changing. I also love how you can rely on Mondays being cardio, Tuesdays being strength, Wednesdays cardio, Thursdays strength and so on
It’s a great consistent routine and I’m so grateful to my friend for introducing me to F45 Capitol Hill. I can’t recommend them more.

This is the best gym I’ve ever gone to. The staff is incredibly supportive and attentive to all goals and needs before and after class. The workouts frequently pair people together and it makes the community of workout people super friendly. Would not be meeting my health goals for 2023 and soon 2024 without this place, this team, and this community.

I have never been able to find a workout that is more enjoyable and challenging than F45. The classes are well thought out with lots of different exercises and equipment and they absolutely kick your butt. The trainers are all incredibly supportive and the Capitol Hill community is the best!

New studio, easy parking, and a GREAT workout. The class wasn't boring, kept you moving and on your toes. The instructors were motivated, constantly checking form and providing increases or decreases in weight, bands, or movements as needed, including during post workout stretch. As a person with injuries, this was very important to me to avoid additional injuries and to progress towards my goals. They had a functional movement session sponsored by a local company (District Performance and Physio), which was fun. I see a fitness community building here and will definitely schedule more classes here.
Celina was so helpful in getting me scheduled for class and knew right where to park. I'm coming from MD, but this is totally worth the drive.

I’ve tried several gyms in the area and this is my favorite. Lots of variety in the classes and they change every few weeks. Though the classes are awesome, the best part are the Coaches. They are able to find the balance between supporting and challenging you and they make the classes fun.
