Fuse is the best studio I've ever been to, anywhere in the world. Every class is just the right kind of hard, meaning it's challenging but in a careful, intelligent way. There are no amateurs teaching here. They will keep your body strong, and safe. I depend on Fuse to keep me fit and also out of pain. People of all ages and types are in class, and everyone gets something out of it. Again, I've been to dozens of studios all over the country and the world and never been to a place that even comes close to the professionalism and warmth of Fuse. I am very grateful for it!

Tori is my favorite! I've been going to her classes for over a year and I always find them challenging. I love the clear instructions (and playlists!). Her classes have helped me stay strong and agile for everything from snowboarding season to my marathon training.

I recently concluded an introductory package at Fuse where I was able to take Mat, Reformer, Chair, Tower, etc. classes. I am delighted because the instructors were excellent without exception. I could really feel the work the next day. I look forward to becoming a regular.

I have been a Fuse customer off and on for YEARS. Staff is super committed and friendly. They easily work out accommodations without making me feel badly for not being able to do certain things. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH - any questions I have are answered very quickly by email. Thanks, Fuse!

I just moved to DC where my sister resides and uses Fuse. I went to my first class this morning and it was amazing! Definitely going to feel it tomorrow which is what you want from a Pilates class! Excited to go again this week and get into a solid routine. Tori was straight forward, clear and a pleasure to have as an instructor :)

The Back to Basics Reformer class was great as a newbie to pilates and the teacher was so helpful in how to get started in the studio generally and throughout the class. Thanks!

I purchased the two-week beginner offer and had a wonderful time! It was my first time trying reformer and I loved it. The instructors were nice and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. Reformer was great and now it's my favourite kind of exercise class!

Did my first class at Fuse and I’m blown away!

For the past 5 months of doing pilates, my reformer classes were a bit harder and a lot more gruesome. Fuse showed me a different side of pilates - gentle, kind, and enjoyable. Big thanks to Lisa!

Will definitely be back to enjoy more classes :)

I have attended Fuse for 1.5 years. I cannot say enough amazing things! My partner and I are moving across the country and Fuse is at the top of my list for places I will miss. Saba (owner) is SO kind and warm. All the instructors are incredible, and I’m partial to Dani!

Pilates is an investment, but it’s the BEST investment I’ve made in many years — and Fuse is simply the best!!!

My sister and I got hooked with private classes with Tori, and with new confidence took on group classes with Lisa and Dani. Both of us were coming off of a long exercise break and all of Fuse’s incredible instructors helped adjust the workout to fit our needs. I feel good every time I work out here!!

Fuse is an incredible studio, full of amazing humans. I was in DC for a work-cation and really wanted to get back into my Pilates routine. Fuse's location is close to where I was staying so I thought I'd give it a try. It was beyond my expectation.

I went to 6 classes (facilitated by Rachel and Dani) over the span of a week. Rachel's classes were dynamic, fun, and upbeat. Dani's classes were detailed, deep, and challenging. I appreciated them both so much and it speaks volumes that each instructor here took the time to cultivate their unique styles. I left each class feeling more of myself. I also had the pleasure of meeting Saba, the owner, who was so friendly and gave me incredible recommendations for local restaurants. My love for Pilates & my practice were restored by the end of the week. Will definitely return when I'm back in DC. Thank you, Fuse!

This is the first time in my life that I have actually looked forward to exercising! I had never tried Pilates before going to Fuse, and all of the instructors do a fantastic job of explaining and correcting. Because of the small class sizes, I never have to worry that I am doing an exercise wrong. I could not recommend Fuse enough!

I reached out to Fuse Pilates after I had fall and wanted to work on my balance. I started working with Dani last week when I was still in shock for my last fall. Right away I started private sessions with Dani. After our first session, I realized I really enjoyed her teaching and the best part was that I could walk much better. I felt more confident.
Currently I am working with Dani training twice a week. Dani knows what is she doing, she is kind & I love her personality. She is one of the best trainers that I ever had. She is truly awesome.
I absolutely love Fuse💚

This review is very overdue, but simply put, Fuse is the best Pilates studio in the district. I moved a few months ago and almost gave up on my search for a studio after trying several who do not teach the true Pilates method. On a whim I tried Fuse and am SO glad I did. Every instructor here has been incredible, and the owner Saba is so sweet and gets to know each client that comes in. If you’re looking for a studio, don’t waste your time trying others - this one is the real deal.

Fuse Ladder is my favorite, I don’t think you can get this anywhere else in DC and it’s such a fun workout. I love Fuse Pilates! I signed up for the 2 week trial for $99 which allows you to try out as many classes as you want, and I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every class I have taken. The instructors are all extremely knowledgable and make sure that your form is perfect. The format of the classes also allows you to make requests to work certain body parts if there is something specific you would like to focus on. The staff and owner are committed to your health and happiness and it shows. I have recommended Fuse Pilates to all of my friends looking for exercise!

Have been going to Fuse for over a month now and tried out basic reformer, advanced reformer, jump, mat, and ladder…so almost all types of classes offered. Love the variety of options as I could get anything from a stretchy low-impact session to intense cardio. Great for building out a fun and diverse workout routine. All instructors I’ve met are creative and professional in designing the classes and really nice (and have good music playlists!)

Just returned to Fuse Pilates after a three year break and several injuries. Working out with Tori and Liz made me feel strong and resilient. I literally cried after class today knowing that my entire back was moving again and in a careful and meaningful way. I forgot how good Fuse teachers are they really help you build your strength while listening to your needs. ONWARD!!!

Fuse is a place to reinforce that you love your body. It reminds me that my body is strong and works hard and should be celebrated. The teachers at fuse will test you and they will also cheer you on. You will be so sore then next day but the good kind where you know you accomplished a lot. I love the virtual option because it is so convenient and helps me stay consistent. Fuse is great. I have been taking classes off and on here since 2008 in its various locations but when COVID hit, they immediately began zoom, and it saved my sanity. I take pilates mat classes almost every day and have for the duration. The instructors are all excellent. The workouts are varied. It’s just never boring and I always feel invigorated after a class, no matter who the instructor is. They also offer a variety of machines classes at their studio on 14th St. Give them a try! They are fabulous!!!

I've been going to Fuse Pilates for the last year and they are great. They have small class sizes so you get to know the regulars and teachers, who can dedicate more time with you.

I go to the Reformer and Ladder pilate classes and they have great equipment and challenging classes. During COVID-19, they had online zoom classes too which are great.

I enjoy classes from Tori, Dani and Joe. The owner Saba is lovely too!

The instructors are creative and fun, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and ability to work with our individual needs. I have been a Fuse user since 2019. I went to in-person classes until March 2020 and then virtual. Currently the live streaming classes are great with the option for some to go in person at 14th Street location. Instructors are highly trained and the classes vary to keep it interesting plus they take suggestions from participants on what areas or exercises to include.

Fuse is an amazing physical studio space with a variety of top notch instructors. I like that there are instructors who are super gentle and others who will make you sweat. I haven't been in the physical studio since the pandemic but I've streamed some classes, which have all been great. I always feel welcome at Fuse, and the ability to buy a bundle of passes makes the price right.

I love this new location for Fuse Pilates!

The new Ladder classes are so fun and damn hard. Guys, this is not just for girls...or girly men.

In addition to the great playlists, the classes are always different and challenging no matter who the teacher is.

Also, the space is very open, clean, and bright with incredible natural light from lots of windows.
