After tearing and reconstructing my ACL, I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d ever get back to playing soccer or skiing. About 6–7 months post-op, the recovery journey remained so difficult and I felt like my rehab had stalled. My surgeon recommended I check out Healthy Baller, and that’s when I started working with Coach Ozeri.
Coach Ozeri is incredibly knowledgeable. He draws on his experience as a former professional athlete and consistently incorporates evidence-based training methods into our sessions. His approach is truly holistic: he focuses not only on the physical side of recovering from a major injury like an ACL reconstruction, but also the mental component, which is something a lot of rehab programs tend to overlook.
Throughout this year, he’s helped me steadily rebuild my strength, agility, speed, and, most importantly, my confidence and trust in my body so I could return to sport safely. I’m proud to say I’m actually in better shape now than I was before the injury. I’m extremely grateful to Coach Ozeri because I wouldn’t be here without his support and expertise. I’m planning to get back on the slopes this season, and I can’t wait!

I have been working with Coach Adam Ozeri for almost 2 years now, and it has been the best experience! Going almost once a week for this amount of time has really created a bond that goes beyond just improving my strength and endurance for sports. his workouts and circuits have made me a better athlete and also taught me how to understand my own body by his attention to detail with injury prevention and changing the workouts based on circumstances like a big game the next day or being in season.Not only is adam a fantastic trainer, making me better each day, but his care for his clients is so obvious. through his engagement with clients and positivity, training with adam is a safe space. i am so grateful to him and healthy baller for helping me better myself and creating friendships giving mentors for life.

Adam has been working with my two teenage children over the past year, focusing on strength and agility training. Both are active athletes—both in soccer and lacrosse—and thanks to Adam, they've not only become stronger and more agile, but they've also learned how to train in a way that’s healthy, age-appropriate, and sustainable.
What sets Adam apart is his thoughtful approach. He understands how to push young athletes without overloading them, prioritizing proper form, injury prevention, and long-term development over quick fixes. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about their growth—not just as athletes, but as healthy, confident individuals.
And perhaps most importantly, they love working with him. Adam brings energy, fun, and encouragement to every session. He’s also incredibly easy to communicate with and flexible when it comes to navigating the inevitable scheduling conflicts of busy student-athletes.
Beyond the sessions themselves, Adam provides useful at-home workouts and practical nutrition guidance—advice that my kids actually follow because it's "homework from Adam." That level of respect and connection says a lot.
He's been a fantastic partner in their athletic development, and I’m truly grateful for the impact he’s had. My kids always look forward to training with Adam!

I have been working with Coach Adam Ozeri for about a year and I have truly only great things to say. Every training session I have had has been the perfect balance between strength training, mobility, agility, and speed. Every exercise I am met with is thoroughly explained and demonstrated, and every circuit is curated very well to meet soccer playing needs. I saw immediate improvements in my soccer playing ability, and now having had worked with him for a year, every training session continues to develop and improve my game. Not only has Coach Adam significantly improved my game, but I am met with the most amount of positivity every single session. Coach Adam has made the healthy baller gym like a second home to me and he has truly become like family. I cannot recommend healthy baller and training with Coach Adam more.

I’ve worked with Coach Adam for about a year and half now and I have seen so much improvement. I went from a pretty weak kid with a bad work ethic, to now where I’ve put on about 25 pounds and improved all my metrics dramatically. I would definitely recommend joining if you are looking for a gym.

Coach Adam Ozeri is one of the best coaches out there! He is supper supportive and attentive and knows what he is doing. He is an amazing coach and knows how to really help an athlete succeed but is also a really amazing individual. Adam pushes you to be a better athlete by pushing you to reach new PRs in anything you do by supporting you and giving you the right tools to do so. After working with him for more than a year, I feel more confident as an athlete and as person. I look forward to training sessions with Adam knowing that I will get a good workout in while also having a good time. Also, Gabby Go, Allison Esposito, and Teddy Willsey are the best physical therapists out there. They are so smart and knowledgeable, and like Adam, they are amazing human beings. They have helped me to fully rehab after my surgery and come back stronger than ever.

Can’t recommend Healthy Baller enough for any athletes looking for PT. Allison Esposito created a specific PT program for me that was focused on my sport so that I could gradually recover, build up strength and return to play soccer after tearing my hamstring. Would definitely come back here again if I ever have to

My teenage daughter has been working with Coach Adam for a few months now, and we have already seen solid improvements in her strength and performance on the field. Following a re-aggravated injury and PT, we searched for someone who could get her knee strength balanced and prevent re-injury to keep her healthy and playing. I am so glad we found Coach Adam. He has given her personalized workouts and kept her on track to make national team selection camps in her sport, field hockey. We recently had our other teenage daughter start working with Coach Adam and look forward to seeing her improve in her sport, soccer, as well. Coach Adam is very observant about both of my daughters' abilities and potential, and knowledgeable about what it will take to get them to the next level in their respective sports. He goes above and beyond by building rapport with them, and also importantly, working on their mental game and confidence. Great all-around Coach, highly recommend him!

Healthy baller rocks!!!! Started training with Adam in the spring to increase strength and mobility. Prior to training, I was doing exercises that were exacerbating my ankle and hip pain, but after following Adam's detailed and individualized routine, I've felt so much better, stronger, and more stable in my workouts. I’ve worked with Coach Adam Ozeri since March of 2024. It’s been an excellent experience; as a swimmer starting out with weight training, I had minimal experience. Coach Adam made everything accessible, and we progressed as I got stronger and more comfortable with the movements over the months. Coach Adam spent a lot of time researching movements and identifying what lifts would benefit me the most as a swimmer—I felt stronger in the pull soon after I started lifting with Healthy Baller. On top of that, I have gotten a lot stronger since I started working with Coach Adam at Healthy Baller, and the experience is exactly what I was looking for and what I needed to improve and take my training to a whole new tier. I highly recommend Healthy Baller and Coach Adam to anyone looking to put in the work and improve. As a side note, though equally important, the gym space and recovery equipment are incredible and have everything you could need. I’ve really enjoyed training with Coach Adam and Healthy Baller.
