Liz is a fantastic trainer that I have been working with for two years. She has worked with my injuries to make me stronger and more confident in my workouts. We have switched to online workouts because of the pandemic. They have been challenging without needing tons of equipment at home. I highly recommend Liz!

Update: Liz was integral in helping me get my body ready for delivering my first child. She was thoughtful, strategic, and supportive throughout the different stages of my pregnancy, helping me feel confident in my recovery. Those side planks came in handy during delivery!

Liz has been my trainer for over seven years, and I credit her with keeping me both physically and mentally healthy. She listens to her clients and helps them identify their goals and the best way to achieve them. She prepares well-thought-out workouts that address her clients’ goals and perfectly match their developing abilities. And because of her expertise and sensitivity, she can quickly adjust those workouts based on her clients’ abilities on a particular day. Because she is so supportive and encouraging, I actually work out regularly and not just on the days when I train with her. My original goal when I started training with Liz was to lose 30 pounds. I've been working out with Liz for over two years. Each week, the exercises are different and tailored to my goals. I've ran two full marathons and a few half marathons where Liz studied the courses and made sure we were doing the right exercises to build strength and speed to get me to the finish line healthy, happy and ready to sign up for another.
