I could go on, at length, about what Tom has provided for me, after working with him the past few months. Quite simply, he has given me my life back. I’m 61 yo and did not like how I was feeling, I could feel my life slowly dimming and ability to go, get around, and honestly enjoy myself. During the first session Tom began to adapt my workout, based on where I was. He has continually designed, adapted, and modified workouts to provide the right amount of true challenge. His support after sessions is perfect.

I’ve engaged with a lot of trainers over the years and Tom is the first one that has motivated me, challenged me, and really listened to what I wanted to accomplish.

I’ve worked with Tom since 2016 and have never been disappointed. He meets you where you are and would never push you beyond your limits but will instead help to redefine what they are. I found myself doing exercises I never thought would be possible. He’s also guided me through good workouts while recovering from injury and/or surgery in coordination with physical therapists.

I worked in-person with Tom for a few years. He was a great person to talk to and always brought humor - which helped when trying to complete what always felt like a challenging workout. I’ve since switched to working with him virtually and as always, he assigns exercises to continue building strength and encourages challenges whether it’s switching to heavier dumbbells, more reps or increased range of motion.

Having worked with him for so long, I can practically hear him in my head cheering me on when there’s a moment I struggle to even start.

I highly recommend Tom. I promise that you won’t be disappointed.

Tom is an excellent personal trainer who takes the time to listen and craft personalized workouts. I came to Tom seeking to improve my pushups for a physical fitness test. He quickly developed a workout plan tailored just for me and my specific goal, while taking the extra time to explain the science behind it. His videos are great for jogging your memory for specific exercises when you cant meet individually. He is professional, courteous and highly recommend him.

I have worked out with Tom for more than 4 years and I have nothing but praise for his approach to fitness. Tom tailors his workouts to his student’s capabilities and needs, while all the time pushing even us aging athletes to exceed our last personal best. With the pandemic we have had to switch to online workouts. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable as well as thoughtful in his circuits and workouts. I was able to present my physical problem and his understanding of which exercises would be best for strengthening and stretching has really had a positive effect. I have been going to Tom for about eight months and he has really done a wonderful job getting me to a place that I’ve been trying to get for quite a while. I had problems with shoulders and hips and he is slowly gotten me to the place of health that I needed to be. He built my strength up in the shoulders and hips and then progressively stronger throughout my core and muscles and he’s just done it the right way. Tom is methodical and very intelligent about each individual he trains. He has many clients and students that he trains so I feel very lucky to be part of his group. I would strongly recommend that you reach out to Tom and get him to train you the right way. You will be very grateful!!

Tom's Quarantine Training videos have been very useful, and I would highly recommend them. He explains and demonstrates each exercise in a way that's easy to understand. Each video so far has hit the sweet spot of variety and intensity. Tom has trained me for several different competition events. He is my go-to person regarding any injuries--he has never led me wrong with which stretches or recovery exercises to do. He has knack for taking your current level of fitness and your goals and tailoring an appropriate, effective workout that gets you results.
