I arrived at this location at 7:35pm, and was ready to enter the class at 7:36pm, one minute after the 5 minute late policy, and the rude woman at the door informed me that I wouldn’t be able to enter after spending $50 on an Uber to get to the other side of DC to attend this class. Not only am I insanely frustrated that I was unable to do this class after spending $42 on the class and $50 on an Uber, but the rude woman at the door told me that I can’t even get a refund or reschedule the class. She also told me that there is no manager or person in charge that I can speak to.

I had my first Solidcore class with Karina. She was an amazing, motivating, and attentive instructor. She took the time to help me and others in the class with our form without shaming us. The full-body workout was incredibly intense, and I felt the workout immediately after. I may try a less intense class next time since I’m still a beginner on my fitness journey.

During a happy hour a few years ago one of my coworkers turned to me and said: “Hey, do you want to go to torture class with me tomorrow?” My coworker and I have been regulars at Solidcore ever since.
Solidcore isn’t torture, but it is hard work. And it’s worth the effort. Solidcore still kicks my rear end… but hey, I’ve got a pretty solid read end to kick now!

Recommended for the full range of athletes from aspirationals to hardend fitness arts professionals and anyone in search of a more beautiful body. As an Ultra Pro competitor, I was looking for the nuance of Obliques, which I was unable to isolate in other workouts. I found it here at Solidcore, with the help of Solidcore coach Kim. Kim refined my positions and showed me what I needed to know, to help me be successful. As a Mountain Athlete and Climber, I'm accustomed to demanding workouts and yet Kim put me through a class that had me trembling. New comers are warmly welcomed and can begin at their own pace.
Highly recommended

Classes here are always very energetic, challenging and fun. Different unique exercises and quickly moving from one thing to the next keeps me engaged and makes the time fly by.
