I've been training with Strength Training DC for over a year now, and I have never felt stronger. I found the studio when I was newly postpartum and wanted to get back into shape again, and the physical transformation I've experienced in working with them has been so empowering. The slow training method they use burns in such a good way and targets specific muscles without doing collateral damage to my body. Each work out is also incredibly efficient at just 30 minutes, twice a week. This team will help you feel strong and resilient, and will help you be the best version of yourself!

Casandra and crew are the best! I've been super-slowing with them for 10 years. Best Workout, PT and all around one-on-one self-care. They help build muscle, work through the aches and pains of life & we have fun doing it! Can't recommend enough!

The only place that's managed to get me into a regular exercise regimen. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for: one-on-one, intensive weight lifting training, with lots of help to make sure you have good form and are doing exercises that work for you. Highly recommended.

Can't say enough good about this place and all of the trainers. I had a reverse shoulder replacement several years ago that left me with limited mobility and strength. In just the four or five months I've been working out with them, I've seen a huge difference. They are keeping me young inside my 83 year old body! Worth every penny - and a lot less expensive than long term care!

I wanted to share to the web that this is a hidden jewel in the Washington DC area. At a time when most places are closed and haven't implemented COVID safe protocols, Strength Training DC's business model allows me to work out safely and efficiently. My sessions are private and contact between other people is minimum. Plus it smells like bleach so I know its clean! I have been a long time client and I am just so happy that Casandra and her team are still able to provide great service during this time. Highly recommend!!

Cassandra is a very skilled and attentive trainer. She helped me to recover from multiple sports injuries much quicker. There is a sound scientific basis behind her technique, based on physics and anatomy, and it seems to really work.

Casandra at Clinical Exercise goes above and beyond. She is an exceptional functional fitness trainer. Casandra listens to you and spends the time to create a program designed just for you. I had a serious calf injury and could barely walk. Casandra worked with me and I not only regained my strength, I no longer have the chronic pain I had for years. I have worked out for most of my life and this is the first time I look forward to my work outs. Thank you Casandra!
