Training with Ali has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I’ve had a few surgeries, and he’s been consistently thoughtful and knowledgeable in how he structures our sessions, always pushing me to get stronger while respecting my limitations. He’s adaptable, checks in regularly, and clearly puts in the effort. I always feel comfortable, and my form has improved significantly.

Ali provides a very personalized training service, specific to my unique needs. He's very attentive to form and position and provides regular feedback to ensure I get the greatest benefit out of each individual exercise. Each session includes diverse exercises for a full body workout, and he regularly solicits feedback on the weight levels used. He is always punctual and a very good communicator. While The Base is not a giant gym, it has all the tools needed to make each session productive.

Ali is the best personal trainer. I’ve been going to him consistently for 3+ years.
