At The Exercise Coach, we use proprietary equipment and certified personal trainers to help you gain strength, lose weight and get healthy in just two 20-minute workouts per week! Safely, effectively and efficiently. Since it sounds too good to be true, check us out for two free sessions. You can sign up for as little as a month since we'd like to make sure our clients are as excited as we are!

I’m so excited to have found this studio. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The trainers are kind and knowledgeable. I feel very safe physically - which is often my concern. I love the machines. The tech is very cool and it adjusts the machine to the perfect strength just for you. Highly recommend.

It’s a really well designed circuit workout with personal trainers. It takes the guess work out of how much weight to lift, how many reps, and ensures you have good form. Really great to not have to worry as much about injury or complicated regimens. The technology does it all for you.

I joined the exercise coach about 1 1/2 years ago after doing absolutely no strength training in years. It's been great! One can do anything for 20 minutes. The entire staff is terrific and always so supportive. i've seen lots of changes in that time. i'm stronger, have more energy and have changed my eating habits. Thanks to the recent metabolic challenge in february i've even lost 5 -6 lbs. I actually looking forward to going.

I’ve been with the Exercise Coach family since April 2022 I believe and although I’ll be honest and say I haven’t been as consistent due to life circumstances—they have been absolutely consistent with me! Although I’m never fully excited about the gym like some people—I never have a problem coming in and knocking out my workout and actually feeling not only accomplished BUT actually feeling and seeing (both physically and metric wise) an improvement in my strength! The coaches are phenomenal and they are just extremely accommodating and overall welcoming!
If you’re wondering if you should, I’d say, ABSOLUTELY!!!!

Facility is immaculate, simple, elegant and well organized as is staff. I feel fit and heathy if not measurably stronger after a month… in another month the trajectory should be clearer but in the interim it feels as if change is not only possible but probable… and a maintenance program will no doibt be available to maintain the gains into my 90’s … RBG is a role model for us all!!
