My wife started training with Carlos, which inspired me to focus on my own fitness. Within just a few weeks, her muscle tone and overall strength noticeably improved. She’s more motivated, and genuinely enjoys her workouts now. I inadvertently got on the meal plan, which resulted in me loosing a few pounds also. Working out with Carlos was a life changing experience for me. I have been struggling to loose weight my whole life and with his guidance and support i was able to loose 23 in a couple of months!
I really appreciate the care he puts in every session and the very timely follow ups to check up progress. I had great results with Carlos. I lost 30lbs while increasing strength with his 12 weeks/session package. This exceeded my expectations and I went from overweight to a more than healthy weight. I hadn’t seen my ribs or muscle definition in over 20 years and now they’re visible again.
The workouts are fun and challenging. Carlos is always positive and energetic. He pays attention to proper form of the exercises, so you actually learn something. Also he can see exactly which intensity is appropriate for your body. Between the workouts he’s very responsive to any questions about exercises or nutrition.
All it took was 12 weeks of discipline and consistency, which I couldn’t have done without his accountability.

I worked with Carlos for several months post-partum. In addition to being an excellent trainer, Carlos is an expert educator. I learned so much from Carlos regarding the impact of sugar, the threshold above which sugar impacts fitness goals (eg > 1%), how to effectively incorporate intermittent fasting into my diet etc. As a result, I’ve lost 17lbs and 7.4% body fat. I ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend ThetaGold Fitness LLC and its owner, Carlos Fenwick!!! In my life, when I have an understanding of any action/task that I am undertaking, I can do that action/task competently; conversely, when I am missing the data points needed, it's really like a "hit or miss" situation for me in reaching goals. Weight loss and fitness had been that "hit AND miss" activity for me until I "ran into" Carlos and sought his assistance. Carlos has provided me with true and correct data about nutrition and fitness in such a way that I could USE and apply the information to my "weight-loss" journey. Following Carlos' guidance and using the information he has provided, I have been able to "automatically" lose the unhealthy weight/body fat that I accumulated over my life. My favorite moment during my fitness plan was Carlos opening up about his family's weight loss journey. It was very good to hear that he had personal experience with obesity issues. He was not a drill instructor, but a kind mentor who led me on the path towards healthfulness. He has changed my life!
This fitness plan included daily updates, exercise routines, dieting advice, coaching, confidence building activities and much more! In my opinion, this is the best weight loss program on the East Coast!

Carlos is an amazing trainer! After gaining some (a lot) weight during quarantine, I decided it was time to lose the weight and create a new routine that I could make permanent. Finding Carlos made this a reality! I began training 1/4/2021 and by 2/22/2021, I lost 20 pounds! Along with his amazing training sessions, the keto and intermittent fasting nutrition program was easy to follow and provided quick results. He was always quick to respond any time I had a question, and any week that my progress was slower than the week before he would help me pinpoint what I ate that I would discover had a hidden carb or sugar that I never knew! Following his recommendations and tweaking the diet, my fat burning would instantly return. I have tried multiple diets and have constantly felt starved or just disappointed with my food options. However, with the keto program he assigns, I am full and satisfied with more options than I thought I would have, including chocolate options! If you want someone to train you that will give you lasting results and a nutrition plan that is easy to follow and maintain long term, I highly recommend working with Carlos! His training workouts are effective, quick, and targeted, and his nutrition plan is easy and delicious to follow. He is absolutely worth every penny and I have recommended him to numerous people.

Similar to many, I also embarked on a goal of 'finally getting fit' for the new year. Albeit starting a bit late, I met Carlos in the gym in my building (as he does home visits) in early February to inquire about his services. Intrigued by his 'Keto and Intermittent Fasting' training, I decided to go with him as opposed to other trainers who were not similarly trained. We met only days later, and I was immediately impressed. He spoke to me about my eating habits, overall health and previous diet and exercise regimes, and then we did a short mock training so he could assess my fitness levels. The decision to sign up with him was easy, as I felt as though he cared! Within hours of signing up, I received an email with very useful nutrition information and suggestions for supplements. It's been weeks now and working out with Carlos a few times a week has been one of the best decisions I have made this year! He has a wonderful personality, but do not let that fool you. He pushes you. He is knowledgeable and caters workouts to your individual needs. I promise that if you go with Carlos, you cannot go wrong! You will see results, and more importantly, you will enjoy the process.
