The tactic they use to get clients is the worst I’ve ever known. They bait you with lose 20 pounds in six weeks and it’s free. The head of this scam makes you think that talking with another person about a diet is included. This is when they present you with a contract to sign. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The contract consists of a generic diet plan one that is not geared towards no one indidual, in particular. The caloric intake of such a diet is too aggressive with exercise of a novice.

The trainers were very accommodating, uplifting and upbeat; however, that’s what they get paid for. I suffered with headaches and dizziness and lost little to weight with the program. How can you exercise with no fuel. Towards the fourth week with constant headaches and dizziness it was suggested that I change my diet. It was at this time I informed them if s business trip I had to take. I was informed when I got back it would be changed. No one was ever available to change it.

For what they charged they should have provided samples of the costly diet they want you to go in. You pay them to provide a list of foods you should buy. The give you a list of foods they want you to buy. By the way, the only fit looking ones were the trainers. Buyer BEWARE!

Now they text me about joining again for six weeks for $27. Get the freak out of here. They couldn’t give me anything but my money back. This place is a RIP OFF! They called themselves β€œVOLTAGE” before now.

Run like a get rich quick scheme vs. a real gym. they cram 3 people in a bedroom sized space and give you simple exercises. Exercises are very basic and they give you a very strict diet, which you could easily find on the internet. You pay 400 up front plus the cost of overpriced supplements you can get for half off anywhere else. Then you must lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks to get your money back. I witnessed a 10% success rate menacing they will make 400 dollars in 6 weeks off of most people. Avoid.

Don't know how they got my cell to text me and told me that they had a 6 week program for free. When I got there, I should have walked out when he (Alex) told me that the whole program was actually $400 and that they would refund my money at the end of the program, if I went along with the program and lost the weight. To me that was a good deal! I finally went to the nutrition class and it was horrible. Alex copied a weight loss program from another program. He didn't teach me anything that I didn't know or couldn't learn from any program. I was asking a lot of questions about the program and Alex told me he was kicking me out of the program and he would refund my first initial payment of $133. Alex told me I was rude and he didn't want me in the program. No, he didn't want me in the program because I challenged him and asked questions. This program is a fraud and a scam! Run and don't get involved in this program. tThey wanted to buy all this nutrition stuff and pay $58 for water......money for protein drink and $40 for some berries. Really???

I finally looked for reviews and now I read all the reviews about how much of a scam it is! Lesson learned....now REFUND MY $133! Stay away from this program. From my understanding they have opened up several times, been shut down several times and reopening under other names. STAY AWAY!!!!

The management and facility is terrible and a joke. It's a small apartment they attempted to convert. They get 2 stars because the trainers are great and I loved working with them and got good results. Stay clear of this place though it's a total money scam. I found them on Facebook ad for 6week program but when you go in they get you to buy your "free" trial and then try to sell you their $100 water, $35 probiotics, some magical weightloss berries bull, and some other stuff with this "nutritionist" who actually is not certified. I realized they were shady after I signed my contract and the real pitch started up and their attitude when I refused. That promted me to do more research and their own materials and doorway that they've had like 3 different names. It's Spark Fitness on some papers and Voltage on others. They also used to have a spot in VA and one in DC by other names and it keeps getting shut down and reopening under new managment after being sued for fraud and such. Also, I still haven't received some things purchased from them and they keep dancing around when they are in office to give it to me. They won't give me my money back and they almost always text you bwtn 4am and 5am.

This place has motivated me to get better physically as well as mentally. I made their goal of 20 or more lbs through their 6 week challenge. There's still more work to do.

This small group of people really work to help you not only meet your fitness goals, but helps you to change your lifestyle and tackle areas that cause you to fail when trying to lose weight and stay healthy. They hold you accountable and help you move forward. Cooper and Tu, are trainers and motivate and tailor workouts to get you to your desired body type. This gym is about results and helping you get to a place where you can manage on your own.

It was HARD work!!!
But, if you are committed, you can complete this....
I interviewed with Alex and he was very knowledgeable. Based on the information I provided, he determined my best approach and I began. The trainers were awesome and altered exercises to avoid re-injury to my left knee. 6 weeks later I weighted 20.6lbs less than when I started. Because I work a swing-shift, I found it difficult to work out during my nightshifts, which meant some back to back training or weekends, which I don't prefer. Overall I was pleased with my results and would recommend "Voltage Fitness" for those who are disciplined and serious about taking on "The Challenge".

I lost 600$ ( yes they even charged me more than the rest I found out later) DESPITE winning the challenge. My money never made it back to my account and I've reali.zed the refund process has been painful for others also. They make you write a review BEFORE you get refunded. I was no longer a part of their FB page where I could update the rest about my experience with the refund ( or the lack of in my case). $600 is no joke. Specially when you worked your butt off to earn it back. I hope voltage fitness will have the decency to return my money and not make false claims that some customers are lying ( they told me that clients were lying in their reviews. Jokes on me). The management is a fraud. However I don't have anything negative to say about the trainers who were all very committed and hard working and should probably find a job at a more respectable gym and not have their names associated with this fraudulent company. Oh and heir own gym management seems to be writing the five star reviews. That is simply pathetic. If you're working at the gym and getting paid there and hence have vested interests you should not be writing a stellar review at least without mentioning that you work there..I'll try to attach a photo. They were seriously struggling with the reviews and stars when I was there I'm not shocked to see them advertising 5 stars now. Dodgy at so many levels..
