Yoga classes are quite good here, and the space is quiet, clean, and pleasant. Easy and welcoming for someone new to yoga to drop into a class. Classes are very reasonably priced, as well.

The beginners class was great! Fran is a really approachable instructor and made my first-ever yoga class a lot of fun. This was a challenging class, but a great pace and very instructive to make beginners feel welcome. She provided great options to increase or decrease the challenge based on your skill level. I have already signed up for more classes the day after my first class!

Showed up to this location at 9:15 on Wednesday December 4th for a 9:30am class for a drop in class and nobody was there. Door was locked. tried calling multiple times and no answer. Waste of time, why have a class schedule and notify no one if it’s not happening?

The yoga here is top notch. Excellent instructors and the space is spacious and clean and bright. I do yoga in SF but whenever I’m in DC this is the only place I would consider doing yoga. Also nice that they donate funds to good causes, they have donation events celebrating Black History Month, AANHPI Month and things like that.

I've taken a handful of classes here, that were expertly designed and taught. The studio is big and airy. They had ample supplies and props so even in a very full class we had plenty of space and enough equipment. Most recently, Heather subbed for Denesia and it was great!

Soooo many yoga options and times. While I generally enjoy the different teachers and styles it does sometimes get difficult for what to predict in each class.

Easy to get to and a great space! This organization’s commitment to accessibility and affordability is incredible. If you go on Sunday morning, there’s a fun farmers market just a few blocks away on R street. I appreciated the provided water and blocks. The instructor, Claire, did an excellent job leading the class in a way that was accessible to all skill levels. Definitely will be returning and checking out some of their other locations.

I honestly could go on and on about how much I love this studio. It's accessible, friendly, affordable, amazing teachers, and rid of the Lululmeon yoga crowd. I just adore this studio and have been going on and off for years. If you're looking for a friendly and low key studio to get into yoga, revamp your practice, or get better this is the studio for you. All of YogaDistrict's studios are wonderful, but this is my neighborhood one and so it holds a special place. <3
